I explained to Jimmy over the phone that we weren’t sure if our landlords exterminator did a good job as we were still dealing with significant mouse problems. He asked me a ton of questions about what our exterminator had already done. He was extremely honest and said that he would do all the same things our exterminator had done and to continue working with them.
