Very professional. I happen to see them servicing, my neighbors brownstone, and I got a card from the technician. I’ve been called the office and got in touch with Victor who promptly made an appointment same day within an hour. The technician came. Phillip was awesome. He treated all floors of the brownstone gave us tips on what to do. Paid extra attention to the fact that we had pets and make sure that the substance he use where it was not in areas that the pets can easily get to. He took his time to get the job done.

I was referred to this company from a friend and I'm so happy with the service. I called and even though they're based in Brooklyn they come to Long Island with no problem at all.
