Have to give 5 stars for the . response, service, and professionalism I received from squash. I called the office and spoke to Mac about servicing my warehouse after finding carpenter ants. He scheduled someone for the next day. The tech reached out to confirm before the appointment and showed up right on time. He was knowledgeable, nice, and professional.

I am so happy to be able to work with Squash! They've been so helpful with some issues that have arisen in my apartment (it is an older building). The lady who coordinates appointments (I believe her name is Mindy) is awesome and soooo helpful. The exterminators who come by are super knowledgable and helpful, and they put me at ease that the issues will be resolved.

Mindy in Customer Service was attentive and helpful in listening to the issue we were experiencing with a possible rodent issue. An inspection was scheduled and performed on the same day. The issue was identified and they offered services and referrals to fix the issue. Fantastic experience!

Flies were all over my windows and in my sink area. I keep my house pretty clean. I called Squash and they came the next day. The exterminator checked around the house and used a spray to kill some flies right away. He also put some fly traps out. Near the sink he was able to use a spray for the drain. It's been 2 weeks and the flies have slowly gone away. Seems like he got the job done!

Unbelievable service!! They called me forty five minutes prior to arrival to confirm the time And to let me know when they will Be arriving. The person who came to our house was punctual, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and what to look out for. A truly wonderful experience!

Ok. So the apartment I was renting had a big mice issue and I didn’t know what to do. I called Squash at the reccomendation of my friend in Wall Street (where I used to intern) and I was connected with Mindy who schedule as same day appointment with a pest control manager. The person came out two weeks ago and put up traps and stuff in our entire building. Everythigg was reasonably priced and very fast service. Def would reccomend this pest control service! Thanks Mindy!

Mindy and the whole team of exterminating Techs (Elijah and others) have been incredible!!!! Not only in taking care of the cockroach problem in my apartment. Also, their communication is always great, they are flexible, available and reliable (even working around my own busy work schedule); they are knowledgeable and professional, always taking the time to explain and educate about pest control techniques and other aspects of the process. Squash Exterminating was easy to schedule a treatment, took a few minutes on the phone and scheduled for a convenient time for me. They contacted me on the way and did a thorough inspection upon arrival. Great service for fruit flies in my kitchen. Would recommend!

I was supposed to have bed bug extermination wedesday, but it happened Friday. Anyone who has lived Thru knows how difficult and emotiotional the process is. I called Mindy crying and they could have come the next day .Good exterminator, good instuctions with a lot of heart. Sincerely, Sue

I had mice in my house running around and after calling Squash, Mindy was super helpful and understanding of our situation. Their tech came out, found the source, sealed up all of our holes and a month later there is still no mice activity. Thank you Squash, you have saved us a lot of stress and we are completely satisfied with the service.

Mindy was extremely helpful with scheduling my appointment & kept me updated on the timing. George did a thorough & amazing job & was very pleasant.

Requested roach and mouse treatment three times. The first exterminator that was dispatched treated for only roaches, though he did note that our apartment was very clean so they were coming from our neighbors/walls. The treatment did nothing noticeable. Re-requested ta treatment for both, and months later another dispatcher came and again only treated for roaches. This one didn't say anything, just came in, sprayed and left, without warning us that he was going to start or how much it would irritate our lungs. This treatment also didn't do anything. Finally, after requesting the same treatment yet again, a dispatcher came and noticed the holes in the walls (not from us), the roach and mouse poop all over, and decided to treat for both. This guy finally seemed to know what he was doing. Here's hoping that it works this time. This gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the administrative people I've communicated with have been very courteous. It's the exterminators that are inconsistent and undependable.
