The cleaning done by Smart Environmental Pest and Cleaning Services put a huge smile on my face. I could not be happier with the cleaning. We had a very problematic tenant who eventually left but she left the apartment with an infestation problem, garbage and rotten foods. The smell alone was overwhelming. The team that came to clean out the apartment did an amazing job. They did not rush. They took their time and the difference in the apartment was immediate. The smell was eliminated and the cleaning was amazing. We still have to fix a ton of stuff in the apartment but I feel it is amazing when a service is done that can bring a smile to my face in light of this bad situation. I wish I could put into words how great the cleaning made me feel, it was a truly great job. I am definitely recommending their services.

Excellent and prompt response from Cesar at smart environmental. We had a racoon in our attic and it was quickly removed and the holes were sealed up. We are very happy with the service. Highly recommend them.

We hired Smart Pest Control to help us resolve a mouse problem in our one bedroom apartment, and it’s safe to say we were very disappointed with the service. After the two trips they made, we continued to see mice and found many holes throughout the apartment in obvious places (like pipe bases). Not worth the $400.

I called Smart Environmental Pest and Cleaning Services on a Friday afternoon after hearing movement in the crawl space below the roof. Cesar answered right away and came out with Omar first thing Saturday to check out the issue. They treated our place like it was their own home and used their camera scope to survey the crawl space from several rooms. They found evidence of a squirrel and set up traps. Cesar and Omar also surveyed the exterior and covered roof vents with wire mesh to address any entry points. They continued to monitor our place for the next 3-4 weeks every few days until the squirrel activity was gone. Omar and Cesar are very responsive, show up when they say they will, and are great to work with. I highly recommend them if you have pest issues!

I’ve been wanting to write something about my experience since having a very complicated and dangerous situation with my apartment. Obviously, everybody in New York has a rodent problem at some point and has it normally resolved. Unfortunately, this matter went on for over a year in one area and 3 to 6 months in the other. I have never had a fly infestation like this in my life, and although they conducted an assessment of why it was happening, nobody helped me solve the problem or assisted further. My landlord was adamant that it was my fault, without explaining to me what to do, which I had done anyway. In addition to this, I had a mouse problem since August 2025, finally by the end of November, there were no more mice. I’m not gonna say I’ll never see one again, but this man was thorough, respectful, professional, helpful, and allowed me to call him if I had problems, questions, or concerns without having to go through the rest tape! He was simply doing his job but for me, he saved my apartment. Everybody has a little problem, but this became livable. I manageable and less than three hours. It was over. They’ll have to follow up, but I recommend this wonderful, polite, friendly gentleman who’s been doing this for over 20 years.

I reached out to the business and they got back to me within 24 hours. I had a studio space that had mice and waterbugs/roaches and droppings all around and on many surfaces and needed deep cleaning. They cleaned everything thoroughly, took all the materials down, opened everything up, cleaned and disinfected it all. They are fast, professional and have a flexible schedule. I highly recommend.

Amazing service!!!! We found a mystery bug and started to assume worst case scenario. Cesar responded fast and Kevin came super super quickly! Kevin came and inspected the bug in our freezer and quickly confirmed it was a beetle and nothing more sinister. He gave a thorough check of the apartment anyway and gave us a good recommendation for deep cleaning and future treatments. Will call them any time!!!! Highly recommend!!!

I been figthing with pest for years now, I had 2 other services and the cockroaches always came back, but these guys really solved my problem, they did their work 2 months ago and my house is still fresh! Really good job.

Manual is the best! I am super afraid of rodents and he came within a day, found the source of the problem. Treated it and plugged it so that they have no entrance. He did all of this within 24 hours of my call to him. He also is just such a nice and caring person. He really understands how much rodents and pests can disrupt your home and comes with very clear solutions. I recommend him to anyone!
