They claim they are in area doing work with a neighbor of yours and offer you a discounted rate. Then they say they ran out of time and will return in few days. They bill you at higher rate for year service even though they came only once. When bill is not paid they send it to collections.

Thank god for this company, was having some issues and Rino came and saved the day. He was very efficient and helped me het out of a not so great situation.

Very dishonest people. Charged me twice what I was quoted for without telling me and wouldn't leave until I paid.

So my house is slightly old and no renovations have been done for quiet awhile. Recently I saw signs of roaches and immediately called Shield Pest Control from my colleagues recommendation. This was a huge mistake, these guys were uneducated and very disrespectful. They made offensive comments about the food I eat because I have a lot of spices on my cabinets. They said because of these Chinese sauces the roaches are attracted to it. But I'm not even Chinese, I'm Korean.... Anyways besides those ignorant comments they did there job, I still see some roaches time to time.

Not punctual. Termites still remained, please go elsewhere and save your money.

Very thorough pest control company. Assisted with birds nests in vents, beehive in sewer air pipe, and overall rodent and bug extermination. Would definitely recommend this company for pest control. Courteous staff.
