Nice and prompt, but missed a few holes and so didn't take care of the baby mice. I had to hire a second exterminator. Wouldn't suggest spending your money here.

Called for service two weeks ahead of time spoke to rob who agreed to send someone one Wednesday Dec 3rd 2025 the Time agreed-upon was 10 AM to 11. It was an hour service at 9:50 AM. I repeatedly called the number. No answer. I’ve text axing the ETA no answer. This is very unprofessional. I’ve packed up my house and did all the necessary things in order to accommodate the treatment. It’s now 1030 still no callback horrible service.

Hired twice. First time was the removal of a rat. That was a true emergency, and they handled that well at a reasonable price. Second time was for mice treatment. Agreed to pay $400 due to the following... ME: Does service come with a warranty/guarantee or a follow up? COMPANY: "After we do service, give service 7 to 10 days to work. If you are still seeing mice, give us a call and we will come back for free" My tenant called me 13 days after the 10-day period after returning from vacation, and said that she saw mice droppings and one mouse. She said that it looks like the inspector missed a few holes. I reached out to the owner, explained the situation and asked if someone would come out. He quoted me $200 for a follow up and refused to honor the free service he promised, despite promising to do it for free and being a recurring customer. Awful business. Feel like I wasted $400 because I would never hire for that price (small two-family rental property) without the guarantee or follow-up.

I saw a mouse for the first time ever in my apartment and I freaked out. While waiting for my husband to get home from work to fix the problem I decided to give one hour pest control a call and I’m glad I did. Ray answer the phone right away and said he’d send a technician. James came in about an hour and was super professional and efficient. He caught the mouse that I saw and patched the holes that were possible entry points. He was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to help me with my problem. He saved the day because I would not have been able to sleep with that mouse in my house. He also said I have 10 days to call th back should I have any more issues and it would all be covered. At $275 the cost was more than reasonable to me. I’d definitely recommend this company!

Man that came was friendly and I thought he did a throughout inspection. Arrived quickly from our consultation call. However he missed 2 large holes under our sink that we later that day found where the mouse was still entering/exiting from. Didn’t really solve our mouse problem. So paid $300 to still have to go to the store to purchase more supplies and be in the same situation.

Highly recommend! I saw a mouse scurry across my bathroom floor on a Wednesday night around 8pm - they sent our technician James within an hour. He found and trapped the mouse in the first 5 minutes, then inspected the apartment and sealed any potential entryways all within an hour. Extremely professional and efficient, reasonably priced for a last minute house call!

Best exterminator visit I honestly could have asked for. I called at 9pm on a Friday night and Ray had someone respond to my apartment literally in one hour. Frank was a total pro, extremely thorough, and so nice! Abdul was also great. They inspected everything carefully and solved my issue right away (hole in wall behind stove = entrance for mouse) I’m so appreciative and highly recommend

Just wasted $300 for them to not even fill all the holes. I caught two mice sneaking into our pantry two days in a row. Even more disheartening to find they don't pay their staff particularly well - just bad business all around.

Called about a flea infestation. And Ray thought it was a great idea to hang up the phone on me, after I told him that I had to walk away from another exterminator who did not do a good job. Immediately he hanged up on me & I have him on recording. So he could deny all he want. Very rude, very unprofessional and as far as I’m concerned, you guys should walk away if you have a flea infestation because all they use is a simple concoction and they don’t spray everywhere only on the floors in certain corners with that pesticide while fleas are everywhere, in the drawers, in the cabinets in your clothes in your hair. Lazy exterminators who want to do the basic but charge you $800. Word of advice look for a flea expert. And Not mediocre unprofessional, wanna be exterminators who are halfwit and rude. P.S Ammonia, and 30-40% strong vinegar kills fleas instantly. You’re welcome!

These jokers can't even come to investigate a wasps next on a building 20 feet up. Do not bother calling them. They are not willing to help

Ray is the worst. Don’t do business with him, he will not get the job done, and will be rude in the process.

I spent HUNDREDS of dollars (600)and there are still mice scurrying around!!! They came three times and just patched things up without treating the whole apartment and looking for crevices that mice keeping coming through!!! Awful.
