Louie Exterminating

Bugs come back and he is non responsive. Paid for two services and he took my money and never came back as promised

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAM. I set up an appointment with a follow up with Louie and he ONLY showed up for the first one and didn't for the second. He didn't do much moving around or inspecting as I would've inspected. On one of the floors, he literally just threw poison in certain spots and left without inspection while the other floors, we mostly just told him the areas of activity and he only checked there. Then after the first appointment, I kept trying to contact him for three weeks. We set up 3 appointments for the follow up and he kept missing each appointment and had to set up another. He wouldn't pick up my calls and finally stopped responding to texts as well while leaving me on read. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT PAY HIM IN FULL ON FIRST APPOINTMENT BECAUSE HE WON'T SHOW UP FOR SECOND SINCE HE ALREADY GOT PAID!
