Lice busters was amazing! My daughter recently had lice, we called early in the morning and booked us an appointment for later in the day. From the moment we walked in, the staff were professional and very friendly. They made a very stressful experience so much easier for us. Excellent experience. They were wonderful with my kids. Eli especially knew how to get my kids comfortable - he was very gentle and even my 2.5 year old warmed to him quickly. They also took great care of our very thick hair.

I let them know I had been exposed to head lice from a family over the weekend and wanted to get checked. Free of lice and free of charge! Left with total peace of mind. Thank you!

Our experience with Lice Busters in NYC was fantastic. They replied to my email at 10pm and got us an appointment for the next day at the time I wanted. They treated my daughter and checked my husband and me, and a week later, when I was still anxious, they let me come back for a recheck to ease my mind. On top of that, they responded to my texts (almost right away) when I had another panic moment the following week and were super helpful. This was an incredibly stressful situation for someone as anxious as I am, and they never made me feel like I was a bother, even though I was being totally frantic. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We came to get my daughter’s hair treated for lice, and from the time we arrived, we were being rushed. Even though we had made an appointment, the staff treating us seemed annoyed that we were there. They were rough with my daughter (8 years old) and pulled her hair repeatedly despite me asking for them to be more gentle. My daughter doesn’t complain often but was crying because of the pain caused by the rough treatment. We do not recommend them as they were too rough and not very professional.
