Kingsway Exterminating

I recently needed an exterminator. I reached out to Kingsway. The entire office staff was amazing and exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The inspector & exterminators were timely, efficient and a pleasure as well. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you all for your help.

Very bad experience First appointment , it was December 4 at 2:00-5:00pm . I called them a day before to ask them if they can come atleast before 5pm so we can prepare. We have a toddler and infant. My babies follows routine and naps at 1:30-3:00. I do all the preparation for both house and kids alone. My husband works overnight so he is usually sleeping in the morning. Someone buzzed the bell 1:30 and I told him if he can wait because my mom will come in few minutes to help me because I have to also dress the kids to take outside since they can’t stay in the house. He was acting like he doesn’t understand and looks mad . So we then rushed and I had to just take kids to Dunkin alone in a freezing weather. But to be fair this guy made sure to spray every part of our apartment. Here comes the recent/ second appointment. First it was automatically scheduled after 2 weeks of first visit. So it was supposedly December 18. But I called to reschedule it for Saturday because my mom was not available on a Thursday. They gave me 1:00-4:00pm . NOW . The guy who gave me an appointment told me to call at 1:00 to know the ETA of whoever is going to do the service. Since we have to prepare the house and 2 small babies and so we won’t have to rush again. Like the first time. the day of appointment I called before 12:00 to make sure that I don’t call late. Guess what? The lady told me that the guy is already downstairs. I told the lady if she can give me the guy’s number so I can call and ask if he can come later since the appointment was 1. The lady told me that the appointment was 10:00-1:00pm . Why would I ask for that knowing that I have kids and they usually be sleeping by that time. Check the photos and tell me I am lying. She started yelling at me and it pissed me off. The guy kept buzzing and knocking while I have my small baby sleeping!!!!! This is so disappointing and annoying!!! What makes it worse is that , the guy was left with my mom since we have to take the kids outside. The service took only few minutes. Like super fast. He only sprayed on visible areas . My mom asked him to spray on some areas but he said that my husband told him to not spray in the room. Which my husband swore he did not . And also while mom was talking to him he was responding to someone he was talking to on the call. And ignored my mom. So unprofessional and disrespectful. In addition he did not even change the traps. I showed him how to lift the bed he said he got it. But he did not do it. The old traps are not sticky anymore. We have to buy new ones. And they are charging for almost $700, for what???? If I knew that it would be like this we could’ve just done it ourselves!!!! We were just worried for babies that’s why called for pest control since we thought they were experts! Sorry but I don’t recommend them !!! It caused us so much problems and stress!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I had to follow up on a service call to my home. Why aren't the techs monitored on calls. Yes you can't control how long a job takes but you'd know if the tech is on schedule or has run into problems. Apologies don't change that! And off course nothing for your troubles. I shouldn't have to keep calling!!!!!

Account #26259: I had my second appointment today in Brooklyn and it was a decline from the first appointment where the exterminator was proactive, even thorough, about servicing the whole apartment, using both the spray and glue where it was needed, and offering a number of traps appropriate for the size of the place. I called customer service and the woman I spoke to was unhelpful about hearing my feedback or forwarding it since the appointment was charged to someone else. That's two poor impressions weighed against one good impression...

I called and got a quote by email for $1,800 the next day addressed to the wrong home. Then Transferred that quote to me without them even seeing my property. Red flag! Being optimistic. I made an appointment and confirmed with Richard Jr to do a consultation and he never showed up. I didn't go with Kingsway Exterminating.

We had teenagers(baby roach). I search on line and found a few exterminators but after reading the reviews and then speaking with Karen.I could feel the warmth from her customer service that although the price was higher, she gave me enough information to make me feel comfortable to make an appointment. The staffs coming out to do the job were very polite and did their job well. I would recommend kingsway exterminators to anyone who need their service.

Kingsway Exterminating & their staff are true professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any type of exterminating service.

Crazy prices

Fantastic service by knowledgeable reps. I would recommend using their services at least several times per year if you have issues with pests.

The staff was professional and arrived on time.The ants have not been an issue in my house again.

Mice problem. Started to see babies. After the first visit from Kingsway never saw a mouse again. It’s been 2 weeks. Second visit today and they put more poison and traps. Very happy with the results and professionalism of everyone in the company.

People is working at office are very irresponsible. I called them and explained about two accounts give them two credit cards but they keep charging on same one credit card even thought one store close. I was very disappointed!!!

Terrible communication problems in hiring this company. I paid for their service and then could not get clear follow up information when I requested it. I was yelled at by the technician on the phone and both the rep and management at the company (Waheed) argued with me after I had paid for their service and sought for more info regarding followup care.

I was unhappy at first but in contacting Kingsway office they finally sent me the right person who took his time and did the real patch work the others did not do. They made up for the other exterminators.

The worst, i bet these people own house are full of rodents. you better off doing it yourself. If are review says they are great that's because they wrote it. Believe that!
