Monique was great on the phone. She sent her guy over as agreed on Saturday . He turned up on time and he did an outstanding job. Very respectful, clean and knowledgeable. I can’t rate highly enough Hibbert exterminating. If there was 6 stars I would give them six. Good people.

I stopped in to ask for help because I saw one too many water bugs in my home. Two exterminators were dispatched to my home and they were really nice and personable. They provided a lot of information and made me feel a lot better about a very uncomfortable situation. The price was also reasonable ($175 to spray and set traps across all 5 floors of my home). This is a family owned and operated business, which I was very happy to patronize. The store also has tons of exterminating supplies, as well as cleaning supplies.

I messaged them to clear my boss's Brooklyn backyard of rodents ASAP, and within two days they were at her house performing the service. Jamal gave me a two-hour window of arrival because of traffic, but since my boss had a meeting in the last half hour, I asked if they could please arrive before that; they then exceeded my special request, and left just in time! My boss was so impressed by their kindness and efficiency that we actually asked for recurring exterminations just in case. In addition, Jamal was always responsive and flexible, on phone and through email. Book them now for a hassle-free extermination!

Excellent prices, review of what fits your case

I visited the store to get a consultation regarding a possible bed bug infestation as well as to buy products that would help me be proactive rather than reactive to their presence. The recipient (Jamal) at the store was very helpful with his advice remained objective. He never told me answers I wanted to hear but at the same time was able to give me all the possible scenarios for the situation I was in. They also have quite a diverse array of treatment products to buy.

Do not use this service. Rude and unprofessional when it comes time to pay.

After calling about 10 companies handling Bed bugs issues i realized it was very expensive service , most of the high end companies really take advantage of the psychosis around Bed bugs attack and make it more dramatic and mysterious asking you to leave the apartment during treatment for 4 hours... i finally discover this Guy Jamal, very straight forward , not always telling things you want to hear but always telling the truth, before i ordered the service he even proposed to sell the products to save money ... he has a store for 30 years only selling product to eliminate pests... so he knows bed bugs by heart.. i did not receive any money or discount from this company but they are just the best choice i could have made.. Watch out all impostors pretending this is their main business they just jumped into a niche where big mark up are possible as potential customer is under attack and make decision on emergency...

Came here to get the old school snap traps for our mice problem. The man working gave us two free glue traps to try out as well. Set the snap traps with peanut butter and caught a mouse later that day. Great products and excellent service!
