If I could give less than one star I would. Valet damaged my car March of 2025 by scraping both sides in the garage lift. They damaged the front bumper and the mirror. Took me months to get a resolution as they originally tried to deny the claim all together. Fast forward to now they damaged my car AGAIN! Mirror is cracked and they are trying to deny my claim again. They said the damage is already there and proceeded to show me the photos of my mirror from last year of the damage THEY CAUSED. It is not even the same damage and they showed me something they did. I am so tired dealing with these people, I can't believe my apartment building hasn't gotten rid of them yet with the amount of complaints. Absolute nightmare working with them. I will be getting in contact with their insurance.

GSS is a breath of fresh air in an industry of difficult vendors. They deliver for my buildings day in and day out. More importantly they are responsive and easy to work with. Can't recommend them enough.

Valet crashed my brand new car and dealing with the company to resolve the issue has been a complete nightmare. They refuse to let me use my own shop and keep pushing to use their own shady shop for cheap parts and labor. Avoid any apartment building that uses this company and save yourself a headache. Will be seeking legal action.

Their valet service has damaged a lot of cars where I live. Two cars together were over $10,000 to repair. They told us they would not pay for the damages they did unless we went to their bodyshop. When I threatened to sue, they agreed to pay for the damages they did to my car at the shop of my choice. When it came time to pay it, they told me they were not going to pay unless I took down my negative review and sign a NDA. However, this is not the only problem we have had where I live. We have had a valet smoke weed in our car and nothing was done about it. When I requested their insurance, they did not give it to me.

This company was hired by 144 North 8th to provides security/ concierge services. One of their employees entered 4 units of our building unauthorized and burglarized them. This company’s “service” is supposed to provide safety and security, instead it has wreaked havoc to 4 families, instilling a lifetime of fear and mistrust. They have done little to amend the violation and trauma that their company brought has to our building.

Poor personnel working at their main office in Brooklyn, NY. Try to call 📞 their office number, and there will be no people answering your calls in a normal office hour operation. Lazy employees

I have been using GSS for over two years now, they don't come close to any of their competitors. Excellent costumer service and great employees in the office and on the field. Highly recommended.
