The lady kept hanging up on me after I called back to let her know that I couldn't get transferred over to the person in charge of quotes. Like, why?

This company has a lot of training to do when it comes to customer service. The gentlemen was very rude and unprofessional when asked a specific question.....The customers are spending their money for the service......

Green Man was very responsive. They answered my call past 7pm on a Saturday and were at my house on Monday to address our growing roach problem. They were friendly and efficient. I'd definitely recommend them!

He is a lifelong New Yorker who has been in the neighborhood for many years and treats his clients with respect. He arrived right on time and got the job done quickly and also shared helpful advice for prevention of future cockroach infestations. I emailed Green man pest control and they got back to me very fast! I was nervous about spraying the house for roaches because we have a dog at home but Richie explained the chemicals and process. We just took her for a 30 minute walk while the water based spray dried and that was it! Richie was patient answering all of my questions and explained how roaches need water to keep moist and breathe(something we didn’t know). We are careful to keep the living room and kitchen clean and dry. I feel so much better already. We will keep an eye on the situation for the summer. Richie is very professional, thorough and fast. I’m happy with the services provided.

Richie Roach provided the most thorough pest control service I have ever received. He got into every corner and crevices any bug, rat, or mice can get to. He even got the stairs leading up to my apartment. If you’re ever dealing with an investigation or want to take any preventative measures, make sure he’s your FIRST call.

Richie from Green Man Pest Control is my hero. He was able to catch a mouse that somehow managed to get into our apartment. I called them this morning and Richie arrived this afternoon when he said he would. He was extremely kind and professional and was able to capture the mouse and remove it from our home. I am so grateful. Can’t recommend Richie and Green Man Pest Control enough.
