I set up an appointment to treat a roach infestation in my kitchen in my small one bedroom apartment. I paid $395 for glue traps, gel and spray. I could’ve done the same thing for a tenth of that. Also, I would’ve had to pay a ludicrous $770 if I wanted him to fill holes. One of the main things I wanted was for him to pull out my dishwasher and look behind it because that’s where I think they’re coming from, but he said he wasn’t able to. Wish I knew this going into it. Maybe this place is good for commercial spaces but for a small residential space this was a complete ripoff. For the record the guy was nice and seems to have done a good job, I’m just mad at the company for charging an insane amount.

When I contacted them last week around midnight, they were quite helpful. Since it was a one-time issue, the owner showed me how to put up a trap and address it on my own to save money.

I reached out to this company and They were very rude and incompetent. I asked them questions and they gave lackadaisical answers then rushed me off the phone saying they have another call. Very unprofessional.

I called them bc there were little roaches in my brother's apartment, not an infestation just some in the kitchen. The guy came and spent 10 min in the apartment and used gel, two weeks later the bugs were still there. This is an apartment that is mostly empty so there is no reason for bugs not to die after fumigation. They told me to wait bc the treatment didn't act immediately, I waited. Then called again, I paid $225 and now they wanted to charge me $95. This is a scam. Terrible, DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!! I bet the othe other reviews are not from real customers.

My mom's house had an infestation of the worst kind. Every interaction I had with this company from the first call to the service technician went flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about this company. Wonderful customer service, delivery of product, pricing and overall experience. Go with these people for your bug issues.

No one wants to have to call a pest control company, but if you have to do it, you want to pick the best and to take care of the problem for good. Flatbush Pest Control Inc had obvious expertise and experience with the issue and handled everything smoothly and professionally. The specialist they sent was able to take care of my entire apartment within the two-hour minimum. A great experience -- thanks!

I would absolutely recommend them for their prompt responses, professional and super helpful manner. I really hope I don't have to, but if I do, They will be my only call at the first sighting of any unwelcome visitors.
