Flash Exterminating - Brooklyn 11206

Scammers. Took 125 to give me a quote when their website says call for free quote. Then gave me a fair quote for the actual work which they then changed to a higher price. It went up by 1200, when I was ready to give them a deposit to schedule the work. No shame on their part when I asked why the increase, told me to get other estimates. Horrible unprofessional attitude.

Left baby raccoons in a cage in the sweltering sun for more than 36 hours. Threw them in the car like they were trash. Disgraceful.

The workers seem to care they took the extra step they assess the situation and the problems and took care of all issues I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely horrible business practices. Extreme animal cruelty. Business left baby raccoons festering in the hot sun on a roof top for more than 36 hours. Raccoon mother was screaming the entire time. Then they all got hauled off to their death. Excruciating!

Excellent service highly recommended

I hired them to catch Racoon's and they request $300 upfront. After a few days of putting the cages in the wrong location because they didn’t have a long enough ladder they returned and removed the cages without consulting me. This was highway robbery! They took $300 without properly baiting the cages and placing them correctly. I’m trying to get a refund a d they are ignoring my calls. I’m contacting the Better business Bureau and putting a stop on the payment. Besides dealing with rodents I have to deal with Flash Exterminsting. BEWARE this company is a rip-off. Don’t pay for services first. And Do NOT USE FLASH EXTERMINATING.

I wish they were my first phone call. I dealt with (and paid) 4 OTHER companies before Flash, all of which did nothing. (In fairness to them, they couldn’t “see” any issue.) It wasn’t until Flash took a device and placed it behind the wall to see what was happening. Completely changed our whole approach once knowing what creature we were dealing with. Truly grateful for the work they did at such a reasonable price too.

A fast food establishment steps away created an entire pest ecosystem. We heard them in the walls during the night fighting. Haven't seen nor heard any rodents since calling Flash Exterminating, and we are truly grateful. Fast, reliable, and effective. Thanks again.

These guys are great. The price was right and the "guarantee" on the work was put to the test at my place. My neighbors are nasty and keep all kinds of mess around, which doesn't help with any infestation. They not only took care of the problem, they called and did a visit as follow up.
