William was great! We’ve been having a lot of roach trouble in our kitchen and bathroom, finding a roach sometimes as much as once or twice a day. We’ve sprayed and put traps down but it did next to nothing. We saw an immediate difference after William came and we have only seen 1 in the last few weeks. He came again to today to check in and give another spray. He’s very helpful, easy to talk to and let us know we are free to reach out again with any future bug issues.
