Big Apple Pest Control

This business phone number routed us to a center that out-sources their pest control work. We got service from a completely different business that over-charged us for minimal work for a cockroach problem. And that was after already scheduling service once and when we called back they had no record of it. They require $140 payment for the estimate and then charged us another $430 after taxes to spot spray a 500 square foot apartment. No guarantee for their work, wouldn’t even go up to the flat roof to inspect where cockroaches might be getting in (he said he wouldn’t even know what to look for. What? You’re an exterminator!). Would not call them again. Dishonest and unprofessional.

This company is fantastic! They ensured that the issue was resolved. Every time we have a problem, they come out, and the cost is really affordable! I heartily recommend!!!!

I'm pretty skeptical of these types of services, but these folks totally proved me wrong. They were super transparent about the pricing and what each treatment would do. My wasp nest is gone and my deck is finally usable again and credit to Big Apple Pest Control here in Brooklyn.

If I could say I loved them, I would! They were such a great team that helped me investigate, infiltrate, and treat my excessive unwanted “neighbors” = bugs like cockroaches, etc., that were in my apartment. they explained their process and how the treatment would go! It was fast and easy! Just a quick spray along walls, doors, windows, sinks, etc. Now I don’t have anymore ugly little pests running around and causing me stress and anxiety, day and night!

I had a great experience using this company for pest control. From the first phone call they were polite, informative, and willing to answer all of my questions. The technician arrived on time, inspected everything inside and outside, and clearly explained what pests we were dealing with and how they planned to treat them. They took their time and didn’t rush through the job. Within just a few days we noticed a big difference and now our home has been completely pest-free.

This is a good company if you have nice rats bugs or any type of animal the price is good and they are amazing so every call them if you having a problem

I have talked to my landlord often about the unwelcome guests that have frequented my house since the people next door moved in. They told me it wasn't their problem. After extensive research, I found this company and decided to give them a try. When I tell you, the unwelcome guests were no longer there, after their treatment, I mean it. They were super nice and professional. Please, if you are looking for wonderful pest control, look here. 10/10 recommend.
