Lance from Alternative Pest Control came at the scheduled time and treated my kitchen for a roach infestation. He had to come back for a follow up visit as discussed. He provided excellent service and took care of the problem.

The owner called me almost a year after the service was performed, claimed he hadn't been paid but could not come up with any details like times and dates and amounts and quickly went from initially polite to cursing and screaming on the phone. I assume their positive reviews are friends and family members because they work very hard to have their negative reviews deleted. Disorganization is not an excuse for abuse.
