Afederal has been servicing my properties since 2006. I have never had an issue with them. They follow up with me often to make sure I don't forget scheduling service. The office staff are great and are flexible to my tenants schedule. Janine is great get my schedules and bills timely. More importantly the tech are wonderful and very professional out on the field. They are always on time.

Polite, Professional,.Detailed, Resonable, Both their house inspections and exterminating services are excellent.

The employee who conducted the inspection was super friendly, thorough, and efficient. But dealing with the office was impossible and dishonest. If you think you have an appointment, confirmed by phone, email, and building owner, they still won’t show up and will deny all of those avenues of confirmation. Not the experience anyone deserves given the time sensitive nature of this service.

I’m disappointed!!! I just lose my day job because of this guys!!! They loose a customer and of course my recommendations!

A-Federal great extermining service, good rates, excellent customer service their appointments are scheduled in a day. Highly recommended.

Garbage place. Scheduled for them to come in. They said they would be there between 02:00 and 04:00 pm. Got a call at 2:04 pm, on the SAME day they were scheduled to come to tell me they’re not coming. In the voicemail that a lady left me there wasn’t even an apology. Just a message saying that they’re not coming today. 🤢🤢🤢 Up your game fellas.

The old owner hired this company to do termites treatment in July 2021, after I bought the house in Dec 2021 and found termites again in Feb 2022, I asked them to check again in April 2022, but they said the treatment will not affect until 8 month, right now I have to tear off ceiling and found thousands of termites are eating the woods, so they did nothing at all

It was the worst service. The guy came in and left in a min. After a day , I saw the roaches. I called the company. Someone even did not listen to me . He said give a week for it . After a week . I still see them. Do not get service from them .

My experience with this company left a lot to be desired. Specifically with one of their employees, Jose. He was unprofessional and ironic to me and my roommates the 4 times he had to come and treat my apartment. Not only that, but the last scheduled treatment that was programmed days in advance, was not followed through and justified his lack of attention to "I forgot to bring the machine" required for the treatment in question. I believed this company was better according to revues I saw here. I have to give Reggie props for being understanding with the situation, the one time he was scheduled to treat my apartment. Maybe his coworker should take a tip or two from him. enough said, this company needs to work a lot on their customer service ettiquete.
