The Rat Patrol of New York, Inc.

I began using the Rat Patrol after a serious rat problem. I own a building in Brooklyn and Rat Patrol was able to set up some cameras to determine where the rats were. The previous Pest Control that I was using was not as effective as Rat Patrol in their approach to solving this problem. I have used them now for around 10 years. They’ve always been honest, punctual and reliable. Of course they’ve also treated the apartments for other pest like cockroaches. With this service, I’ve kept my pest problem under control, and I recommend Michael Scarola his team to all others who are seeking protection from New York’s most unpopular residents, the mice and rats.

I am so impressed with the service they provided! I hired them to sanitize my restaurant and they were reliable, professional and did an excellent job. They were very thorough and made sure every inch of the restaurant was sanitized. I highly recommend The Rat Patrol of New York!

Couldn’t have had a better experience!!! Had a pestering mouse issue and no matter how handy I am. I couldn’t get it done! Tried filling in possible passage ways myself but had no clue what I was doing. Not long thereafter my wife gave up on me and called rat patrol.. Mike was amazing!!!! Called early and the same day he was able to squeeze me in. Came over nearly 8pm!! Which nobody else would do and was very clear, precise and on point!! He came in immediately indetified the source. And handled it. That simple. Wrapped it up for us in no time. All while making us feel at ease. Truth is although it’s just mice. We were off the walls grossed out. And my wife was terrified!! Mike put us both at ease and was patient with my wife’s million and one questions!!! Love ya Mike thank you for all your help!! Haven’t seen a mouse since and we can rest easy at night again. Thank you for that. Your a God sent!! I recommend rat patrol and mike in particular to anyone with a pest problem.
