I was very pleased with my experience, even though we never reached the final stage. Roofers working across the street spotted a raccoon on my roof and eventually confirmed that it had enlarged a hole and started a nest. Since we had just put our house on the market, this was bad news at a particularly inconvenient moment. I called 800-Raccoon and was visited by a friendly employee the very next day. Unfortunately, damage caused by a whole family of raccoons a few years earlier (before I knew about 800-Raccoon) prevented me from giving him the crawl-space access he needed. He agreed to return as soon as I had remedied that. But before I was done, we had found a buyer who would be demolishing the house. That made the raccoon irrelevant. I was super pleased by how easy and painless 800-Raccoon made canceling my order for their five-day plan They only charged me for that first inspection visit, which I considered quite fair. I would certainly call them again if I had a raccoon problem at a house I was keeping!

Had a great experience with 800- raccoon pest. Very professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right. Haven’t had any issues since the service. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind.

Never use this company. They kill the animals they "relocate". They put a trap to catch squirrels in my neighbors property and after trap catching squirrel they left the poor animal to suffer in the cold and rain for 2 nights and days until it died. They even have a camera looking at trap to pass off as humane services but yet they watched the animals without action for more than 2 days. The company claims it's trying to capture the squirrels in the roof yet any animal can get trapped in trap since company puts bait in trap.whos too say they are even catching the intended animal. All life is precious and should never be mistreated in this manner. Just inhumane. 1 star is too high a score for this company.

Had a bird issue on the side of my house and with no doubt this company took care of it . Johnny and Gus are very nice people to work with, the job was done professionally and looks great. I highly recommend this company for any wild life issues you run into!!

Gus, Thank you for the outstanding service. Highly recommend anyone that is in need of removing raccoons, ground hogs, and voles on their property. First week he caught 3 ground hogs. Then I hired him for my vole problem. Excellent customer service and professionalism.
