Tony, is very professional. He takes his time to, after asking questions and listening to my concerns and takes care of whatever the issue(s) might be.
Tony was great. He explained everything clearly, was thorough in treating the issue. I also really appreciated that he plans to follow up, check on everything, and do another treatment if needed. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable exterminator.

I initially believed the service needed to be more stronger and more thorough in term of time serviced for the price. However I talked with Michael and was able to be more comfortable with the price paid. I did have to pay around $300 for first visit and second visit $120

Completely ineffective. I've had mice for many weeks. They have been here 4 times just in the past 3 weeks and have accomplished exactly nothing. The last guy who came wouldn't shut up gaslighting me, even 10 minutes after he was done. 3 damaged 3 things moving them when repeatedly told to tell ME what he wants moved and I would move it. He dropped clothing (I wanted to move) in my closet - on mouse shit. Still talking after he was done I finally had to tell him I had a meeting and he had to leave - multiple times - to get him to leave. Then he says he will tell his boss to send HIM back if anyone has to return. No way Jermaine is ever gaining entrance into my apartment again - legally. The previous two guys were nice but also ineffective. They keep sealing holes and swearing there are no more. A couple of days later they find more holes exactly where they swore there weren't or the hole wasn't "really" sealed. Then again. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Ineffective. They have come to my apartment 6 times for the same thing and not resolved. They leave remnants of steel wool all over the place (don't clean up their mess) and still the issue is not resolved. They were here a week ago and missed holes - again.

I called this company, to get service for an ant problem. They asked me to take a picture, for them to evaluate. I took a picture, only for them to email me, stating that they were unable to tell what type of ant it is and then emailed me asking for a sample to be dropped off for evaluation. What a waste of time. The best policy, in my opinion, would be to send a rep to actually look at the ants, but I guess that's too much trouble. Don't waste ur time calling them for help. Don Boyd

Our general policy is to try to ID the species of insect so that our technicians are prepared on the day of service, thus wasting less of our customers time on site. On occasion, a picture will not suffice and we visually inspect regardless to confirm the species. We will keep in mind your feedback as we evaluate our protocols moving forward. Best, Josh
Called to inquire for assistance with an out of control fruit fly situation (several hundred), for a small roughly 1k sq ft unit. But spent most of the time defending my justification for calling, including multiple warnings of an untold cost, then I never received a call back. Issue has cost me several hundred in the past few months, not factoring in opportunity cost, wish I had some help.

Their website is misleading. It says they service all 5 boroughs of New York, but when I called for service they told me they don't perform bird mite service in Staten Island. The bird mite page on the website specifically lists Staten Island as an area they serve.

very disappointed. we expected someone to come between 3 and 5 pm. nobody showed up. when we called to find out why there was a "no show" we were told there is no record of our address and nobody will be coming to check out the problem. we had to take off a half days work to boot!
