We made an appt for 10am-12pm today and no one showed. My mom called for an update when she saw they were late and said theyd be there in half an hour. No show. She called again and the lady had to keep calling the driver for an ETA and it kept getting pushed back another hour, another hour and a half. I had 2 appointments where they did not show. I received a text for one at 2:39pm when my appointment was for 4:00.. the text said they are way, I’m the next stop. Had a great experience with Orkin regarding removing a hornet nest. I had someone come out the same day to assess the situation and had an estimate by the end of the day. I was able to schedule the service for within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the technician arrived nearly a half late and did not clearly communicate on how he would dispose of the dead nest, which I now have to deal with.
