In October, several years ago, we had 15 Norway Spruce trees planted. By springtime they all looked like they were going to die. One landscaper advised they needed fertilizer- which we had him apply, but the trees continued to rapidly deteriorate. I called Save A Tree, and Brian Brunch immediately diagnosed that the trees needed a specialized feeding, not fertilizer. The result is amazing- the trees are now a beautiful color, full, and very healthy looking. A neighbor that had witnessed the trees before and after Save A Tree’s care could not believe the astounding change. Brian Brunch is wonderful to work with- he explains everything, and without any pressure he guides you through what he is recommending. Brian also recommended treating all of the bushes on the property with a deer repellent. We had used another service for that, but we were not satisfied with the results. Save A Tree’s one time deer repellent application really worked substantially better. I cant overstate how truly remarkable our experience has been with Brian and Save A Tree, and how thankful we are that he truly saved our trees!

I have used SavATree for my tree services for many years. Danielle has been my arborist for the last three years. She is terrific - knowledgeable, experienced and extremely responsive. Yesterday she supervised Pedro and Willie perform a pruning job on my property. They were on time, polite, efficient and when completed it was exactly what I wanted. As an aside, I am fascinated how Pedro climbed my tall trees. I plan to use their services going forward.

We use Sav-A-Tree for regular services on our trees and shrubs. They do a great job! We also use them for annual tree pruning. Jeff and his crew do a superb job! Thanks to our arborist Danielle for her superb coordination and great responsive service

The service and quality of work was amazing! My yard was overgrown and unkempt and they did an excellent job trimming and pruning all my greenery. They also pruned my dogwood tree which I am very happy it is doing so well! I am very pleased with their work and my arborist, Brian Brunsch explained everything they were to do and they accomplished it wonderfully! Thank you Brian and SavATree!

All, having spoken to Susan we were able to come to a resolution that we both agree was fair and equitable. Having said that I want to call out Susan and the saveatree franshise for the professionalism they handled our interactions with and the tone of the dialogue. I would not hesitate to reach out to them in the spring time if and when I might need follow up services.

Awful experience. Do not use this company! First- We had to follow up with them ourselves to schedule our service. This was 4 weeks after putting a 50% deposit down. They don’t give you a date and say they work “week to week.” Then they DONT show up the day they’re scheduled to come. They didn’t even give us date or time options. I stayed home and canceled appointments for nothing! EDIT: I have since been in contact with managers who have mediated and solved all of their errors. John and Pat provided services themselves that were not originally done during SavATrees first visit.

Not happy with this company at all. They were suppose to pass by today to check our garden at 10:00 AM. After 10:21 I called them to ask about our appointment. They said they didn't have my number nor my email address. I gave it to them last week on the phone. Then she said our arborist has the flu ... Like how many excuses do you have to make. Not professional and not recommending them!

I can't rate total at this time, it's only been 2 weeks that I called and they took 1/2 payment. There have been so many storms and so many are worse off than me. When job is done I will be back to rate them. They did come highly recommended.
Do not use them! I used them they told me the application they used was going to do wonders for my grass it did nothing. They charged 500.00 and did absolutely nothing, I hired a regular pesticide company and they took care of my tree.

Unfortunately, according to our database, it has been over a year since the last time we treated your trees and we did not know you were unhappy with the service. We wish we had the chance to earn your trust back, but we do wish you the best of luck with your property!
I am not happy with this company and this service. Last year they came to spray something on my tree. I asked them that if this was a one time thing and not recurring and they confirmed that it was a one time service. This past week they did service when I wasn't home. I did not receive any notification in the mail and they never called me saying that they are going to be in the area. I came home on Saturday to see that they fertilized my tree. I called SavATree and they said that this is a recurring charge. They told me that we already did the service. They said that they emailed me back iN january. I checked my email and I did not see anything that they were coming in November to do service. This company is very unprofessional. Who sends notifications in Jan by email which has a high chance to get lost or go to junk. This company is scamming people and please do not use them.
