I called to have the aeration done in the fall, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or answer any messages I left. When I did finally get someone, they told me it was too late in the season., but they would have someone call me and stop by and see if there was any suggestions they could give me. Awful experience. Do not use this company! First- We had to follow up with them ourselves to schedule our service. This was 4 weeks after putting a 50% deposit down. They don’t give you a date and say they work “week to week.” Then they DONT show up the day they’re scheduled to come. They didn’t even give us date or time options.
