Perennial always does a great job. Have been using them for years!

I am disappointed that there are large areas of my lawn that is brown. I put my automatic sprinklers on three times week for 30 minutes each zone beginning at 3:30 am. what should I do to bring the sick lawn back? Billpanza

Had Perennial tech here yesterday to spray my property for ticks and fleas. He was wonderful and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company as they do the work you would expect.

Poor results. My lawn is looking better after Perennial Lawn Care was canceled and I save a ton. Also, I don't have to worry about waiting 48hrs. to walk on my grass after relatively unsafe chemicals are sprayed on my lawn. It can really ruin your weekend. That little green flag Perennial puts on your lawn after a treatment indicates it's not safe to walk on, especially for kids and dogs. Two thumbs down 👎 👎

Called today about a mold concern on our trees. Was treated as if we were bothering them. When I asked to speak to someone else, they told me they were too busy and I could not speak to anyone else. Such a shame as my family has been using Perennial for years. Only gave a second star because the service crews do a great job.

Service is very good! Steven listened to my concerns and expressed a strong desire to help provide excellent service to our property. Taylor and her office staff are always helpful! Coming back to address concerns if they arise is never a problem. Overall happy with the program.

The Perennial guys are 1st class! Bern using their lawn & shrub teams for years & couldn’t be happier! Nick was on the property today and did a thorough application across all of my annuals and perennials!

The technician applied too much fertilizer, result 40% of my grass is yellow....how will you fix this

Person today 12/16/2024, was very rude. Would not answer my calls. Could not speak to a owner of the company. Not good WHEN YOUR CALLS ARE NOT ANSWERED.

This rating is strictly for customer service. I’ve had to call several times about an overcharge on my account and each time I received an attitude like I’m inconveniencing them. I’m the one who was charged twice in two days. They finally corrected it and never even called me to tell me. Very disappointing after using them for two seasons.

Do not use if you want a green healthy lawn. Their equipment always fails. You don't get the treatment you pay for. They leave a treatment ticket as though the job was done even when they provided no treatment. Truly, buyer beware.

Many other options for lawn care out there with better communication and professionalism. Please consider leveraging a lawn care provider other than perennial.

BUYER BEWARE.....Purchased a Hunter Hydrawise sprinkler system from PERENNIAL LAWN SERVICES on June 27,2019 they charged me $670.00 which I found out from the manufacturer that it only costs $250.00 they almost tripled the price! Hence the reasoning I am no longer using them for any services including my lawn!! The manufacturer tells me its under warranty for two years. Perennial (owner) tells me its no longer under warranty because I don't use there service so..... I'm not under warranty!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE INFORMATION!!!! CANCELLING MY SERICE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH INSTALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT!! BOTTOM LINE IF YOU CANCEL THERE SERVICES THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR WARRANTY!!! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A STAR BUT I CAN'T POST IF I DON'T!!

When they came, it was fine. but trying to get them to answer a question, not so much. I called to have the aeration done in the fall, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or answer any messages I left. When I did finally get someone, they told me it was too late in the season., but they would have someone call me and stop by and see if there was any suggestions they could give me. That never happened. Now its the spring and there isn't anything there to service, so I cancelled. I'll move onto another company.
