We had issues with yellow jackets last year and Tom came out and was amazing. Yellow jackets were gone in a day or 2. We also signed up for their very affordable Home plan and it has been amazing. All the techs are great, friendly and reliable, I’d recommend Tom and his crew to everyone!

Tom Mays responded quickly to my request and showed up on time and with advanced notice. He was helpful, clear, and generally a pleasure to deal with.

I just bought a new house & found raccoons in my crawl space and immediately called Twin Boro Peat Control. Tom came over was so kind to talk through all of Twin Boro Pest Control services and next steps on a raccoon problem. He helped figure out a plan for my home and I am very grateful for all of his help!! I will definitely be using him again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with this pest control company and I can’t recommend them enough. Tom in particular has been amazing to work with. We’ve been dealing with a mouse situation and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand our specific concerns and worked with our needs instead of trying to upsell us on services we didn’t need. Before finding them, I almost signed with a big national company and by the end of that conversation I honestly felt swindled. Talking with Tom was the complete opposite — he felt more like a friend helping us solve a problem than a salesman trying to close a deal. What really stands out about this company is their transparency and loyalty to their customers. They genuinely care about solving the problem the right way and making sure you feel supported throughout the process. They keep coming back and checking in until the issue is fully resolved, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. It’s rare to find a company that operates with this level of honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to the people they serve. Highly recommend!

Tom Mays came by from Twin Boro for an inspection and was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions with patience and never made us feel rushed. Because of his professionalism and how comfortable he made us feel, we decided to sign up for the Home Prevention Program on the spot and even scheduled treatment for the very next day.

I hired this pest control company hoping to finally get rid of the pests in my home, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. First, the technician seemed rushed and didn’t address all the areas I had concerns about. After the treatment, I still noticed pests and spider webs, and when I called to report this, the company wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer any solutions or follow-up treatment. I was hoping much better service and results.

Drew was very knowledgeable and did the work quickly and efficiently. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is bc I feel the price was a bit steep. Just didnt feel like shopping around.

The technician was professional and did the most extensive work looking for areas that could be problematic. He plugged up a spot in the garage and spent a great deal of time on the outside parameter. He was friendly and helpful. Could not give higher praise for him and Twin Boro.
