Just a day later, Randy and Scott arrived to resolve the issue and take preventative measures for the future. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Every member of the team was friendly, patient, and truly made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I can’t recommend Bugging Out enough—10/10 experience!

I previously had a different service come out a while back and was not happy at all with them so for the last 2 years I have not had any service for my home . That being said … I reached out to Buggin Out for an issue I had in my basement after all the snow melted and we had a bad rainstorm and within 48 hrs Luigi came by , explained everything in detail, answered all the questions I had for him and we set up not only a treatment for my present problem but a quarterly plan for my entire house and property. The guys showed up and within an hour and a half my entire property was inspected, and protected. Very professional , customer friendly and they too answered any and all of my questions . I spoke mostly with Randy who was one of the techs who worked inside and his partner worked on the outside . I look forward to a long relationship with Bugging Out and having peace of mind on a day to day and seasonal basis ! I tend to lean more towards family owned and operated businesses for the more personal care and service they provide so this was a win win for me. They are located right in my town …..

Contacted them and setup an appointment for mice. Someone came to the house and looked around outside (never even came inside) and said they would get back with an estimate. Been over 2 weeks and no response.
