Olivier is very thorough in his service, providing even small insignificant concerns that could attribute to a pest concern. Areas of concern are well documented and explained prior to departure from the facility. Today he promptly returned due to a concern and addressed pest concern for long term solution not just quick spraying of area. He also has a great disposition and sense of the humor.
