We have had a contract with Viking for about 1.5 years. My only problem with them I have no idea when my next inspection is I only get a text the day before saying we are scheduled. I called to ask a time frame and was told between 9 and 5. That is not acceptable. They did have the staff member who was coming call and text us and he did call 1/2 hour before he was coming. PET OWNERS BEWARE I’m extremely disappointed in Viking Pest Control and their complete lack of respect for pets and homeowners. This was their second visit to my home for a mice problem, and what they did this time is completely unacceptable. My dog is friendly and normally free-roams the house. I had to be at work all day (I’m a firefighter on shift), and they knew I wouldn’t be home. Without asking, they locked my dog in the bathroom for the entire day — no food, no water, no explanation.
