Advanced Termite & Pest Control

We were having a mouse infestation. I contacted Advanced Termite & Pest Control. They sent Luis out and he identified several locations that mice could enter our home. He also placed bait boxes in several key locations. We haven’t seen any activity during the last week and it appears our problem has been resolved. Luis was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Advanced Termite & Pest Control

I rarely leave 1 star, but this interaction left me shocked and upset. Called them for hornets on the outside, and spiders and wasps on the inside. The lady on the phone Barbara was very nice and understood the issue and told me thier technician would be dispatched. Steve, the technician earning them 1 star review, texted me in the morning and arrived on time. That's why he doesn't get zero stars, but that's where all the good parts end. As he was walking towards my house on my driveway, I saw some smoke, which I think was vaping, as he was coming to me and when my kids were standing outside. Really unprofessional. We tool a walk around the property. The hornet nest wasn't there. I asked him if he will come inside to do the inside extermination. He told me that he was not told anything about inside and was only going to do the hornet nests and he had budgeted only 5 minutes for my house and it was already close to that time. He then called his office and told them that the hornet nests weren't there. He then asked me to call him if I saw another nest and walked back to his truck. Throughout the 5 to 6 minute interaction, all I could see was sheer anger and disgust in his eyes, as if I wasted his time. He made me feel like as if I was getting a charity handout and I was annoying him.

The front desk staff and technicians have all been so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. And best of all, the treatments worked! Would absolutely recommend Advanced to anyone dealing with the stress and discomfort of a pest issue in their home.

The office staff is always friendly and professional. Their fee for service is competitive. Their technicians are spot on. Advanced has been servicing my clients for 17 years at this point. Thank you for all you do.

The face of the company is the person who comes to your door. Andre was our technician and he’s so personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything from the beginning plan of action to preventive maintenance. I trust him and by extension the company he works.

We had them do a termite inspection and they gave us a report indicating we had termites, but they didn't actually see any evidence of termites. We called another company and their report indicates we do not have termites.

Advanced Pest Control is a very professional company to deal with. Barbara is a pleasure to work with from scheduling appointments, paying the Bill or just having an answer for you. I was truly impressed with Steve Mueller who was the technician that came to my home to handle the issue I was having. He is such a pleasant and knowledgeable person who took the time to analyze the problem and come up with the proper solutions. Steve was always on time, took the time to listen to my concerns and explained in depth any questions I had. He put my mind an ease that the problem was going to be handled-and IT WAS!!!!! I called these people multiple times and have received no call back. I don't know how much they charge or what their service is like because I can't get a rep on the phone.

Worest false report i got ever , live termite and major damages inside the house and around all yards , however they give me report saying everything is good and no needs for treatment. great deal for cheaters

This company is so expensive they say that you are being charge for a yearly warranty which is costly. They don't call you in between periods to ask if everything is ok if you would like them to come out and inspect your property since supposedly is under warranty but yet when renewal is getting close the will mail you out an invoice. They schedule appointments but never show up having you sitting at home waiting only to say that their driver was at property but no one was home. They don't give a courteous call to let you know if they are running late or not coming out at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one even if they were the last one around.

I paid advance termite and pest control to come out and do a general spraying for insects on my property, primarily ants. Steve came out, who was very professional and did great job. Ants went away in a couple days but unfortunately I began to see other insects come back later that month. I called them back to respray as per there 30 day warranty but after coming out was told that it would not be covered since the insects were not ants even though I had paid for a general spraying initially. I ended refusing service as I did not wish to pay anything further for something that should've been covered. While Advance Termite and Pest initially got rid of my insects and Steve was very professional I can not recommend them since they did not stand behind their warranty. In addition, at $250 for a service call they are nearly twice the price of the last exterminator I had been using over the last 8 years, who unfortunately closed his business. Thank you.
