I've been using this service for over 8 years and I have never had a problem. I asked for technician James Wilson and someone else showed up . I don't know his name but he came August 22nd around 11am. He was supposed to spray for baby ants. He put so much sticky gel around my vents it dripped on my floor my bed sheet . He did a terrible job and he needs to be retrained . He got sticky gel all on the ceiling and messed the paint up . This makes me very upset. James Wilson is the best technician

I want to start this off by saying my techs have always been great. I have no complaints on the techs that have been to my house. The scheduling with this company is horrible. When we signed our contract they said they do appointments after 5 pm. Now that we have signed our contract every time we make an appointment they have no later then 4pm. My husband and I both work and are not at our home. When we can get a later appointment the techs show up HOURS early and we miss the appointment

I had the technician come out - for $75/85 to find out where the yellow jackets were coming in to the basement. He found the place where they were entering the basement. At that point i had the option to 1) get treatment done and subscribe to year plan, 2)get treatment done for approx. $600 with a warranty for 2 month 3) do nothing they made sure that they did NOT tell me the option #3 I ended up taking option #2 and paid $600 odd dollars for a chemical spray worth less than $25. I would
