I've been using this service for over 8 years and I have never had a problem. I asked for technician James Wilson and someone else showed up . I don't know his name but he came August 22nd around 11am. He was supposed to spray for baby ants. He put so much sticky gel around my vents it dripped on my floor my bed sheet . He did a terrible job and he needs to be retrained . He got sticky gel all on the ceiling and messed the paint up . This makes me very upset. James Wilson is the best technician

Yesterday I saw a bug crawling on my headboard and of course I freaked out thinking that it was a bed bug so I called the Bed Bug Company since they are also located in Union. Spoke to Ricky and was able to get a K9 inspection (Rob) the next day. Rob came by with the K9 and thankfully no bed bugs were found in my home. I am very much relieved. I thought we had bed bugs so my husband got into contact with Ricky. Through a series of photos and videos Ricky told him they were actually not bed bugs- he could have told us anything and we would have believed him. The only thing I would have changed is that I should have contacted him immediately instead of going crazy all afternoon.
