Ricky, very professional and knowledgeable he came and resolved the problem right away, the way he explained everything and take care of his customers is unbelievable he really care. I thought we had bed bugs so my husband got into contact with Ricky. Through a series of photos and videos Ricky told him they were actually not bed bugs- he could have told us anything and we would have believed him. The only thing I would have changed is that I should have contacted him immediately instead of going crazy all afternoon. Ricky- Thank you so much and hopefully we won't ever need your service but if we do, we will reach out!!

Ricky was very quick and helpful - he set me up the same day with a woman who uses a trained dog to do bedbug inspections, which was both fascinating and effective.

Ricky was super responsive and friendly! He was out here within a day of getting in touch. Came out to do a free inspection and it turned out we didn’t even have bed bugs— he was totally up front and honest and didn’t try to sell us on any unnecessary treatments or anything like that. Great experience with this company. Yesterday I saw a bug crawling on my headboard and of course I freaked out thinking that it was a bed bug so I called the Bed Bug Company since they are also located in Union. Spoke to Ricky and was able to get a K9 inspection (Rob) the next day. Rob came by with the K9 and thankfully no bed bugs were found in my home. I am very much relieved. Rob was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I now have a peace of mind. Thank you so much. Great job!

Called their line when we had a concern that a recent finding might be a bed bug and within 10 minutes we got a call back and a very quick friendly reply on whether our bugs were the dreaded bed bugs. Would absolutely call them again first if we encounter another scare.

Amazing and honest company. Contacted early in the morning and by 1pm had someone show up to confirm/decline bedbugs. Turns out it was something else and they directed me for treatment. I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

His service didn’t require upfront prep or a long period to be out of the house, it was also more affordable and effective. The issue was resolved after treatment.
