Shaun Echevarria came to my home this morning for the annual Terminix Bait Station check. As usual, he was right on time based on his text message to us, two days ago, letting us know that he was coming. He walked around the outside of the house with me confirming the locations of all of our Bait Stations. He was very friendly in answering the questions I had. Both Javier and Malclm were great! They found the entrance point right away and worked in the attic and crawl space and in the living areas that had water or electric pipes/openings to seal them. Nice that Terminix wants my input. Attempting to get out of contract with Terminix based on 3 Day Notice of Cancellation that is a part of contract. Company is not communicating or attempting to follow terms of its own contract. Address that was on contract for me to mail Notice to was not actually an address for Terminix. Ended up needing to drive to two locations to place in mail slot of business. Called 6 times and was passed to “retention” where they keep telling me I owe them $1000 in fees
