I read in the reviews that they are unreliable regarding scheduling, yet I called and booked an appointment for my inspection anyway. Then, half an hour before my scheduled time, a very rude and disrespectful man called me to say he couldn't make it. I took time off work just to be present for the appointment, and it wasn't worth it. Don't waste your time with this company—they are completely disrespectfu no professional at all and very rude.

Dan at Ehrlich is always great! He’s always very friendly and professional. He’s very thorough with his work and giving tips on how to fix problems. Whenever I’ve had a question for him about something I was concerned about, he’s always had an answer to help! You can tell he’s hardworking because of his dedication to the job. He’s been servicing the stores I’ve worked at for several years, longer than I’ve been at my job, and he knows what he’s doing. He’s for sure a keeper!

Ihad an appt 2/11 betw 1/5 pm the tech came promptly and did a fine job top/ on my interior house.had an appt.today 2/12 betw 9 1030 AM never showed or called to inspect outside of my house not here I have a final sppt on 2/18 hope their here? Can you elaborate on this.Ashley was very pleasant when I made the first Appt,but now Im finding it difficult getting this resolved please help me out.

EHRLICH PEST CONTROL has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! If I could give zero stars I would. I called in behalf of DMS to retain services for our multiple properties. I’ve been calling for two weeks, letting them know my company is ready to move forward, ready to pay for service, and just need an inspector to come out for a fumigation service. Every time, they say someone will call me to schedule. No one ever does. Today, a man named Gerald called from a 973 number. He asked if I still needed service. I told him yes and explained I’ve been waiting on an inspector. He said, “This came to me by accident, I’ll have someone else reach out!” and hung up on me before I could even respond. That was the last straw. I tried to give this company a chance, but they clearly do not care about follow-through or customer service. I’ve waited patiently—too patiently—and they’ve done nothing but waste my time. I’ll be going with another pest control service. Ehrlich Pest Control doesn’t deserve anyone’s business if this is how they treat customers. Shame on you. Do better.

Wasted two hours of my time. I scheduled a time slot for an initial assessment (termites vs ants) and they offered me a 90-minutes slot on Memorial Day. I thought this was unusual, and pointed this out to them, but they said that someone was working that day and would be at my house. No call, no show. I called afterwards and said that no one had showed, and they said it was because it was a holiday. Well, duh!! They didn't offer an apology or a discount, and essentially blamed me for their scheduling snafu.

To be upfront and clear for this review, the serviceman never ended up making it to my house, so it’s possible this company does fantastic work, but the experience I had today caused me to want to share this review and utilize another exterminator. I had scheduled an appointment for this company to take care of a birds nest in my bathroom vent. The appointment was perfect as we have Memorial Day plans, it was scheduled at 9am…. 9:30 comes around, I have the company a call just to check in to make sure the appointment is still on (since I never got a confirmation via text or email) they were polite and let me know that my appointment was a 9am-10:30am window. Totally fine/normal - that was never communicated with me when I scheduled it but I totally understand that since most service call companies have appointment windows. Fast forward to 11:35am I call again…. I politely ask for any sort of ETA, they place me on hold to call the serviceman, they couldn’t get a hold of him so they left him a voicemail & mentioned either the manager or the serviceman would give me a call to provide an ETA. 1pm rolls around, still nothing….. now I live wasted most of my day at home waiting for them when I have 1000 other things I could have gotten done… Icall again and same story…. No answer from the serviceman (Franklin) no manager to talk to, the options I had were to reschedule the appointment or just wait longer…. I cancelled and will not use this service again. If I could offer some advice, communication in the service industry is key - if the serviceman is going to be late - let the customer know! I didn’t want to cancel even at the 3rd call, I just wanted it taken care of but the fact that 4 hours after my scheduled appointment you couldn’t provide a timeline & the overall lack of respect for your customers time has lost your company my business.

I recently had a terrible experience with this company I was forced to use due to my apartment complex having a contract with them. I was told it would be a total of 4 services, 3 taking care of the pests and a final one with a dog to ensure I am able to move back home. The first service the exterminator was extremely inappropriate borderline sexual harassment, which I reported. The head manager Anthony called and apologized once I told my landlord what the exterminator had done. After that visit I was never told what time appointments would be, at the final appointment I never even heard back from the company on whether or not it was suggested I move back in. I called the company in the middle of my treatment to get my appointment times and the receptionist was unable to even find my contract in the system. They took my payment, never even adjusted my invoice as they said they would. The boss Washington and Anthony are out on vacation and I never even received the status of treatments, on whether they were successful or updates on their findings. I was supposed to be out of my place three weeks and it has been well over a month. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, the company as a whole lacks professionalism.

The most unprofessional company ever. We were given a date to have someone come out, they never showed up. I called the day of 4 times as well as everyday this week. They stated a manager was contacted and will contact me soon, (i was told this 8 times) Ive been waiting over a week! Jonah was very ignorant on the phone as well as Angelica states she’s very sorry this shouldn’t have happened and yet it keeps happening! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

First appointment I set up they didn’t show up or call . They gave me a 5 hour window that day and I canceled all plans so I would definitely be here when they showed up. I ended up calling them at 5:30 to say they never showed up . They didn’t even have plans to call me to let me know they just decided they weren’t coming . Great first impression. Needless to say I will never use their services . Very unprofessional.

My mother has some kind of pest that's been in the walls of her house for several weeks. Through numerous calls, she finally found Ehrlich Pest Control. An appointment was scheduled for this morning between 10-12. Around 10:45, sight unseen, she receives a call from someone who says "Yeah, we're not coming out, it sounds like X so we're not coming". My mom explained that she has no evidence of anything except sounds and was told "Well if they start chewing up your furniture...." & "My boss didn't give me that much information". You honor your appointments, or be upfront at the time of call on what you or don't do. Don't bait an elderly women with the hope that she's going to be taken care of and then dismiss her, during the appointment time on a phone call, because of what you think it MIGHT be. Come out. Do your job. THEN give an answer. Completely unprofessional, unreasonable and a colossal waste of time. Go elsewhere and do not waste your time with Ehrlich, cause you're sure not worth theirs. Update: Well she speaks with a 2 month on the job Supervisor, he's been an exterminator for 19 years dontcha know. He doesn't understand where she was, or what she wants. My mother tells him the technician decided it was a squirrel sight unseen and wasn't coming out. So he says "Yeah well the salesmen didn't get enough information" but apparently enough to decide what it was/wasnt. This guy offers no apology for her treatment, for the complete unprofessional tone of one of their "salesmen", or the snark of "if you see it eating your furniture". I'm at a loss. Unbelievable.

The only reason I'm giving this one star is because you need to give a star in order to leave a review. It has been over a month since a technician came out to give me a quote. I was assured not only would I get the quote by end of day but the work could get done within a week or two. I've called every other day and been told a manager has been contacted and yet no quote still. Don't waste your time with them. I don't know how they have decent reviews.

I called Ehrlich on 7/24/2020 with a complaint of bats in my house. I asked the woman on the answering service if it would be possible to have a tech come out the next day. She said absolutely, she could have someone come service my house between 8am to 12pm. Cool, perfect!!! Bats are definitely something I don't want in my house! So the next day comes around... 8am goes by, 9am... 10am...11am...12pm... and now I have to leave. My husband is okay staying at home and attempts to call the company 20 times, with a busy signal each time. Finally at 1pm I give the company a call. The man I spoke with tells me "I can't give you any information right now, but give me a number to call you back and I'll let you know what's going on". Alright... seems strange but alright. So two hours go by before my husband receives a call with "Sorry. We're not coming. Just open a window." JUST OPEN A WINDOW??? REALLY??? THIS IS THE RESPONSE WE GET FROM A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY? Not to mention, my husband waited at home for seven hours to be told that no one is coming. Completely unprofessional, completely unreliable. Now I'm left scrambling on a Saturday trying to find a company come remove potentially rabid bats from my house. Thanks Ehrlich, I appreciate the quick lies and professional response.
