Ish called me when he was 10 minutes away. He was on time, had a very high sense of professionalism, was very kind, and it assured me that my lawn would be sprayed thoroughly. My fiancé and I are very thankful that they were able to make it out on a Sunday!

Dave from Mosquito Joe was great. He reached out prior to arrival to let me know when he would be at my property, was thorough in his treatment, and let me know when he was finished. I started using this company last year and have been extremely satisfied with their results!

this service is awful. i have a large yard and the guy was here for 9 total minutes. he did my patio area but never step foot in the actual back yard. he worried about my driveway, as if im sitting out in my driving enjoying the weather. no wonder i still have mosquitos post service.

We've asked him to return and focus specifically on the backyard and right side of the property as a courtesy and show of our commitment to your satisfaction. <br><br>Densely wooded or shaded areas are where mosquitoes tend to hide, so treatments target those spots to reduce activity. While starting services later in the season can be challenging, we’re committed to helping you get results. It seems the tech that was here on 5-7-25 wasn’t here long enough to treat all of my property. Other times they were here at least 10-15 min. I don’t think he was here for even 5 min.
I thought I was under contract with Mosquito Joe. They came out May 11, 2022 and sprayed. I just received a bill for it. What bothers me is I didn't need the service in May. Where were you in June July August and September when we were getting eaten alive by mosquitos and never heard from you.

It appears that after our treatment in May, your account was placed on a financial hold because we could not process your payment. We then noticed that there was an issue from the end of last season, in August 2021, that also needed to be rectified. We sent an email notification that your online payments were not processing, and we reached out to you, but we did not receive a response. Unfortunately, because of this, we were not able to move forward with our treatments. Wasted over $400 on this company to get eaten alive by mosquitoes. I actually think it was worse after they sprayed. They kept telling him the next time it would work. Well the mosquito bites up and down my kids’ legs would tell you otherwise. Do not waste your money on this company. They will tell you it takes 3 treatments to see results. I had treatment after treatment and their boosters in between and nothing worked. And quite frankly they didn’t seem to care. Find another mosquito company. I know I will. I had 4 paid treatments and what you said would work , booster treatments. And not once did you ever state there was an issue with my yard so that is news to me. You keep making your excuses. Your company failed miserably and you try to make it as though it was my fault.

They email your invoice. We paid all of our invoices quickly for the last 2 years. In October we didn't see one invoice for $73. Instead of resending the invoice or calling us they gave this bill to a collection agency. Once I found out, I paid that day. I called them multiple times to find out why they would treat a customer this way and the didn't have the courtesy to call back. That's no way to run a business. For $73, they lost a customer. There are many better companies to use then mosquito joe of Gloucester. 2/25/21 It's been 3 days since Mosquito Joe responded to this review, saying they would contact me. I received no calls or e-mails from them. I originally made 6 calls and sent many e-mails before this review and no one had the courtesy to respond. They were able to respond to this review quickly so they must be working. If I were you, I would not have anything to do with this company.

The service was okay, but they showed up without scheduling a spray for the first time this season and no one was home. They sprayed anyway and then automatically debited my card that they kept on file without my knowledge.

I tried this place last season because they were cheaper than the company I used the previous season. Needless to say, you get the service you pay for. Me and my family got bit all season last year when the previous year using another company, we wouldn’t get bit at all for about 5 weeks after a treatment. Additionally, I tried to stop their service and they kept coming and charged me for treatments I didn’t want. I WOULD RECOMMEND AGAINST HIRING THIS COMPANY. CAN’T GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING OR I WOULD. THE POSITIVE RATINGS MUST BE THE COMPANY USING DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS.
