TERRIBLE experience!! We paid over $1100 for an exclusion plan, guaranteed for a year and it did next to nothing! There was zero follow up after the initial day. On MULTIPLE occasions we tried to schedule someone to come out only to have no one show up and multiple other occasions they have shown up with barley any if not no notice at all so we are obviously not home! The one time someone actually came out when expected they were there to try and renew the service, it was a SALESMAN that couldn'

Terrible service. Paid $1200, then hardly show up for pest removal, charged $213 for a renewal when I was told it'd be just $80 and again don't show up for removal. Home has several dead mice I had to remove myself. Kept calling them to dispute the renewal, but no one ever calls back or takes any action.
