TERRIBLE experience!! We paid over $1100 for an exclusion plan, guaranteed for a year and it did next to nothing! There was zero follow up after the initial day. On MULTIPLE occasions we tried to schedule someone to come out only to have no one show up and multiple other occasions they have shown up with barley any if not no notice at all so we are obviously not home! Jared the technician is very polite & knowledgeable in the service appt. He arrives within the 2 hr appointment period. He also sends a txt msg. Out when he's on his way & when he arrives. He's thorough in explaining any issues on the problem & asks for any questions I may have. He's a valuable member for Green Pest Solutions. I recommend him to get the problem done. It may take 2 visits. We have small ants.
