Jared the technician is very polite & knowledgeable in the service appt. He arrives within the 2 hr appointment period. He also sends a txt msg. Out when he's on his way & when he arrives. He's thorough in explaining any issues on the problem & asks for any questions I may have. He's a valuable member for Green Pest Solutions. I recommend him to get the problem done.
