We have had a few people from the company come out who just did little effort but I can’t recommend Benjamin enough! From start to finish, he went way more than above and beyond to handle our problem. Not only was he punctual and professional, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening, the steps he was taking, and how to prevent future issues. I've been with this company for several years. The service reps will usually notify you before coming and would normally do a good job. Some of them are very polite and thorough... Except today (12/29/2025)... The guy didn't call, showed up, sprinkled something next to the front door and in the back, to trigger the security cameras, and left in less than 2 minutes(!) I got charged $175 (plus tax) for this nonsense. I called support to complain. They scheduled another visit for the end of the week (Friday). Now I'm wondering how many times I got this type of "service" over the years... I wouldn't recommend a company with such work ethics.

They're supposed to text or email when they're coming for the appointment. Instead, they come unannounced and say they performed the service. My fence was locked cuz I have dogs and they claim that they performed the service when they couldn't have gotten into my backyard.

COMPLETE SCAM. AVOID GREENIX AT ALL COSTS. This company thrives on deception and hidden fees — their entire business model revolves around screwing customers with cancellation charges. The so-called "marketing rep" who showed up was just a smooth-talker spewing nonsense like, "I’m throwing everything in to get your business." Total BS. He didn’t explain the services properly — no breakdown of what’s monthly, what’s quarterly. Just fast talk to get a signature. I paid these clowns for 2–3 months, and guess what? They showed up ONCE. One pathetic outdoor treatment, and the bugs and bee hives? Still all over my property. No results, no improvement, just broken promises. Then comes the kicker: I got a message saying someone would be coming out for tick, flea, and mosquito treatment. I watched my security cameras — NO ONE showed up. Not even a shadow. I called Greenix and told them I’m done being lied to. I demanded cancellation. Their response? “We can send someone again.” Again? No one even came the first time. I firmly said I want the service CANCELLED. What did they do? Charged me a $300 cancellation fee — for what?! For services they didn’t perform? For lies? For ghost treatments? DO NOT fall for this trap. Greenix is banking on you canceling just so they can squeeze more money out of you. Absolute fraud. Stay far away.

Horrible experience. Guy came in 4-5 times. First 2 times the guy who came in told us point of entry of the rodent which was then rebuked by his fellow person who came in at 4-5 visit and he basically told us on our face that the first guy didn’t know anything and he messed up. They caught no rodents which was 100% guranteed when they offered us the plan. They caught nothing basically and their own person said people don’t know what they were doing and my subscription ended with them at 5th visit with me being at -$533. No accountability; will not recommend

Treatment for bees are not as promised. It has been 84 hours still bees are around the area. I called but no one answered or call back. Would not recon and to others. I have to find different company to get paste control done for wasps .

This company has taken $300 to remove hornets from my backyard and they have not taken care of it. I am now helpless. They said they will take care of it. They came and throw some dust at it. Nothing happened. When I called them again they said it was only for one time, I have to pay again. After my repeated request they came again and dusted and still nothing happened. Hornets keep on coming in and out through the cracks in the wall.

Service is a fraud. Signed up for monthly service northern NJ in May ‘25. Supposed to have monthly flee and tick treatments along with broader pest services every 90 days. Greenix has not showed up since the May visit. Today, i cancelled service and they still kept $300 cancellation fee.

**Warning: Be Cautious with Greenix Pest Control** I had a very disappointing experience with Greenix. They charged me \$105 for the initial service and then \$381 just to cancel. Be aware—they don’t have technicians readily available, and their customer service isn’t helpful. I signed up for a two-arc treatment, but they sprayed less than a quarter of the area. When I raised concerns, they simply said, *“If you see pests again, we’ll spray for free in two weeks.”* Unfortunately, the entire contract is written in their favor. **Important Notice:** Just two days after their service, I found a deer tick in my child’s room. I documented the issue and opened a file about it. They have poor online reviews for a reason—please search them on Google before signing anything. Most customers are not satisfied. This situation caused a lot of stress for me and my family. I strongly advise against trusting Greenix.

I am not very happy with the service of this company. They try to make you stay even if you don't like what they do. In the end, they charged me more than $400.00 for nothing, but that doesn't matter. It's better to have a better reputation because money comes and goes. I do not recommend their services because the mosquitoes and others continue and I think more, but the problem is how they treat you, from the one who sells to the one who cancels. Do not be fooled like I was. Thank you.
