Action Termite and Pest Control

The technicians were good and did their jobs. However, this is a greedy company. When I signed their contract I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be able to reschedule one of the quarterly services. I don’t need the service in January right before a major snowstorm. I wanted to reschedule to March when I will need it. I don’t see what difference it makes to them whether it’s January or March. I was still paying for 4 services, and might have signed up again. As it is, The snotty and patronizing jerk, Chris, who answers their phone, refused to reschedule the service. Also refused to give me owners name and said his supervisor was in meeting. How convenient!! So I will be paying for a service I don’t need and am unable to reschedule for when it works for me. So I won’t sign up with them again. They do not have much regard for customer. I will find another service that works with their customers. I caution others to carefully read their contract and then find a better company and maybe a better price!

The guys always come on time . And this was a revisit, I appreciate that I was worked in so soon .

Had ants all over the house and Tracy worked like crazy get someone to my home within 24 hours to rectify the problem. The Tech person, Jay, was totally on the case and knew exactly how to fix the ant problem. Action took Action!!

Excellent and prompt service. Very thorough with friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Action purchased the company we had been using for over 30 years, and we were skeptical about this new company. We are pleasantly surprised that they have lived up to the service of F&F Termite and Pest Control. Thankyou Action
