The technicians were good and did their jobs. However, this is a greedy company. When I signed their contract I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be able to reschedule one of the quarterly services. I don’t need the service in January right before a major snowstorm. I wanted to reschedule to March when I will need it. I don’t see what difference it makes to them whether it’s January or March. Finding a cleaner that you don’t have to worry about cutting corners or calling to come back because they missed a spot is priceless . my time is valuable and when I come home I just want the house to be clean I don’t want to call anyone. High and low exceeds my expectations everytime and their employees are so professional and thorough. Mark is professional, knowledgeable, and always on time — often even ahead of schedule, which I love. He makes friendly small talk with my Dad when he arrives, and he’s very flexible with appointment times, which is great for us early-morning people. I also really appreciate that he’s local. I would recommend this company to everyone!
We have used Mark since Spring of 2017 when we moved into our first home. He was very helpful and was just a phone call away when we had a horrible ant infestation in our kitchen. When we moved to a new town this summer (further away from him), he continued to service us even though it was not the most convenient.
