Very good employees servicing homes. Polite, efficient, dependable and knowledgeable.
They were nice but I feel $319 for four traps, copper in just one hole out of so many and a walk outside is a bit excessive, but we’ll see how it goes🤷♀️

Joe is the best tech ever. As first time homeowners we quickly realized over a year ago that we had mice in our attic. We signed up for the annual program with quarterly checks and Joe has just been the best guy to work with. He's super thorough and explains everything he's doing and checking for on top of being incredibly friendly. He also comes with a ton of experience and does a great job.

A total SCAM! Technician came 2 quarters now when no one’s home (you can’t select when they’ll arrive which is another issue) so after ringing the bell he just left without spraying the outside of the home despite me paying for this on a monthly basis for a quarterly service. The company didn’t even care when I called the branch to tell them I have the tech on camera not providing service TWICE. Such poor customer service. Go elsewhere!

Tech was great but due to a lack of equipment he couldn’t set up traps he was only at my location a short amount of time and said that all the techs are under orders not to spend much time I would not recommend this service to anyone they used to be top notch but the last couple of years their service to the customer has plummeted if my girlfriend didn’t like the technician they would have been gone last year

Paid $50 per month to get rid of mice . 4 months later will still have mice . Asked them to come back , made an appointment and they never showed up .

Awful service. According to my Ring camera, the technician showed up at my house for literally one minute, spread some type of treatment and left. And I was charged $154 for the “treatment.” Plus they insist on treating for spiders and ants in January when it’s 18 degrees outside. Really?! Ridiculous and a rip off.

Hi, I hired this company to do a quarterly pest maintenance and the employee they sent to my house is walking all through my grass when i have a path with pavers to walk on. I spent a lot of money fixing my backyard and front lawn for someone to ruin it for no reason. Thank God I checked the camera this time. I wish I checked the camera the previous times.
Never ever sign up with this service there is no way to cancel it. There is no one to contact, there is no way to email them. They provide nothing but the contract you sing to start the service after that no paper work is provided when you cancel service they won’t stop billing you. It’s a trap
