Not a fan of the service. They must know it’s garbage, because they lock you into a price based on a multiple year contract. The service and product are such trash I also hired a different company to handle my yard. I can’t wait for my contract to end. DONT BE FOOLED AND DONT SETTLE FOR DOOR TO DOOR DEALS. The product doesn’t deliver, and most of the techs are lazy. I have so much video footage of them doing as little as possible, as fast as possible, I don’t even bother unlocking my back gate when I know they are coming. I also had an incident where a tech broke part of my house, kicked the broken piece away to a harder to see spot, then never said anything. That being said, Aptive did tell ME to get quotes for their system, but I decided to fix the damage out of my own pocket. I had NO FAITH that they would do anything, much less the right thing, MUCH less in a timely fashion.

If I could give them a zero .. I would. They don't come in for months. I now have dead mice in my attic. They have rescheduled my appointment twice knowing I have this problem. Can not tell you how angry I am. All I asked for was maintain my property and I am livid. I do not recommend.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Aptive. A sales representative named Cameron Ritz came to my door and promised me their Pro Plan for $59.99/month. Based on his words, I agreed. However, I later discovered that the contract he had me sign was actually for $100/month. This was completely misleading and dishonest. Since then, Cameron never answers my calls, never responds, and completely disappeared after getting the signature. I have been trying for hours to reach a manager, but no one ever picks up. Customer service agents with heavily broken accents keep telling me “there’s nothing we can do,” and they simply try to brush me off. They also promised me summer-long mosquito protection, which was the main reason I signed up. That never happened. All they did was drop off a small black trap box and leave. My mosquito problem was never solved. Now I am trying to cancel, and of course, no one is helping, no one is responsible, and I have been paying almost double the price I was promised for 6–7 months without even realizing it. This company’s lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service is shocking. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Aptive. Their sales tactics are misleading, their service is ineffective, and their support is nonexistent.

If you have a real problem, do not call Aptive. We had a yellow jacket nest underground and I called Aptive because they were open on a weekend and advertised that they were local. I later discovered the business is not local- they sent someone to our home that was very kind, but completely unprepared for the job (no protective gear / tools). Before leaving, he said, “I think I got the queen, but if the bees come back again call me. We keep coming back until the job is done.” This, I assumed, was what I paid for as the “one time service”- about $350 (which is reasonable if they actually complete the task). If I had known Aptive would charge again for returning, I would never have let the man leave until I was sure the bees were gone. The bees recovered within a few hours from the haphazard chemical spray inflicted upon them. Complete waste of money for incompetence. Lesson learned. I called a capable, REAL local company a week later and the problem is solved. They said they receive calls from people all the time who are hoodwinked by Aptive. Stay away.

Very lazy staff who doesn't treat pests in home. They come and leave in 3 minutes with no work done. They don't spray your complete outer boundary of your property and they don't care about your concerns at all in your front or back yard. The don't do any spider web clearing as they promise. You will have to call the customer service and explain the situation who only are about your monthly payments and keep the contract going, the next staff who comes will do the same. You are better off buying pests treatment products and spider web cleaning products from Home depot or Lowes which costs 20 times less than what you pay for them. The sales guys come knocking on your door with false promises and their only goal is to get you sign up the contract, guess what you will need to attend a live video feed where all your consent will be taken for a $199 contract break fee, even if they deliver a crappy job and even if you call their customer service they don't bother. Their target is that $199 contract break fee.

Absolutely the worst pest control company. I got approached by a very aggressive salesperson, didn’t do my research on the company, and signed up for treatments. I had a previous company that was excellent at mosquito and tick control, but this salesperson promised better treatment and was using environmental products. The next day, we were swarming with bugs, bees, ants and tons of mosquitoes. We gave it a week and it only got worse. I cancelled immediately, but had to pay an additional $199 to cancel. My experience was terrible, they say anything to get you to sign the contract, then you are left to deal with the aftermath. DONT GET SCAMMED, go to your local pest control companies, you shouldn’t have to pay a huge cancellation fee when their service isn’t what was promised.

I did not receive the service I’m accustom to. This last treatment, the individual was here on May 14th, at 1:38pm and was done at 1:44pm. No backpack with solution. Just walked the property with a small device in had. I expect for my property to be service properly immediately or I am canceling my service and please do not send the same guy. I have video to share if requested. My April service was amazing with no issue. The agent really took his time and covered every aspect of my property.

Horrible experience these past three times. They have doubled charged my card additionally for a service that was already paid for. It takes 5 to 7 business days for it to be refunded and the only response you'll get is "I'm so sorry". I would highly recommend that you check your statements monthly to ensure you are paying the correct amount and would not recommend.
