Now that Arcadia merged with Viking, they charge you $80 to come and see if there is an issue. Arcadia used to come out and provide a free inspection so that you can make an informed decision. That's the type of business practice that I value and reward with my loyalty. Called in the beginning of summer. Everyone of the staff were very friendly. They took off my cedar shingles and drilled holes into my drywall treating the outside and inside of my house 3 times in a 2 month period for carpenter ants... still heard the ants in the walls with no signs of them dying at the end of August. My husband and I recently contacted Arkadia to come out and take care of some pests throughout our new home and they were absolutely wonderful. Both times, they showed up on time and were helpful in educating us about what to expect in different seasons and how to care for our home in between visits.
