We had the full works mosquito's & ticks, bees n ants treated inside n out. Told me everything he'd done, was courteous, not intrusive . kitchen floor could've been cleaned before spraying, as had entertained night before not a biggie. Wait and see for the results...main thing, as daughter not sleeping in b'room due to ants 3 weeks later, reducing to 3 stars as had to call back twice....been three times saw two snakes in two days, which they don't cover, still seeing live ants here n there, cud

Alex R is way better than that "other's ARod!! He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. He went into every spot looking for my bug friends. Pointed out problem areas I never knew I had. I'm sure the company knows he IS Simply the best. Thanks for sending him Matthew was my tech today despite piles of snow and construction on the outside of my house. He worked around things and provided great service

My service technician, Matthew, is wonderful. I really mean that…he checks all the bait stations and fills them. He disposes of any pests found and he is the nicest person. He always greets me with a smile and asks if I need anything or have any questions. He is just a great technician and I am so very glad I am one of his regular customers.
