Great technician and salesman. I highly recommend James, the technician. James is upbeat, helpful, and always goes above and beyond. I sometimes have obstacles on the lawn, such as garbage, recycling, or leaves, and he always helps move them so the product can be applied properly.

When I first wrote a review for this company it was positive. Things changed based on customer service or should I say lack there of. I have been emailing and calling for a certain service a service that comes with a fee of about 280 dollars. No response Today I cancelled all service and will go with another company that is more responsive to my requests I also wanted to say beware of that person / salesman that encourages you to sign up for their programs they are only there until you commit and no where to be found if an issue arises. Shout out to Joanne who is in a call center that sent all those unresponsive message to this company. Customer service hardly !!

They destroyed yard with their chemicals. So bad that my grass died and never came back correctly. My yard is connected with my neighbors yards. Their grass is healthy and strong. My grass is thin and now diseased with brown spots eveverywhere that wont come back!! They send their supervisor out to let you hear what you want to hear. But they do NOTHING!! BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!! Even their supervisor remembered when my yard was the best on the block and can't even explain what happened!!!!!! The photo with a slide show, shows what the yard looked like b4 they sprayed. In one picture, you can see the technician spraying. Then the last pic is the yard and hour after. DEAD! They even admitted to the over chemical spraying. My yard is not coming back from this unless I pay thousands of dollars for truck loads of new dirt, spread it over my entire yard, amd reseed heavily!

Paid premium service. Text message recvd the day prior service would be performed the next day. Tech never shows up no courtesy call given as to why. I had to call the Company and find out why which was a sorry excuse. Not good business. I expected this from trugreen not this company. ill go elsewhere

This is the worst lawn service I have ever used. I would give a zero if possible. I read the Google reviews and went with Simply the Best. Either the reviews are fake or I just had a real bad experience. Either way, the company will not back up their promise. This is what my lawn looks like after fall aeration, fertilizer, weed prevention, and spring fertilizer and weed prevention. Clearly I was billed and paid for services not completed. More than $500 wasted! The photo speaks for itself.

They did what i haven't ask for and sent me the bill. I didn’t sign up for their services. BUT they came again 3 months later in the morning without any notice and sprayed pesticides over the lawn and sent me the bill again. The thing is I did the same at night before. So later on 30% of the lawn has burnt

Started off friendly. Multiple promises were made but not fulfilled. When my lawn looked the same or worse a year later they refused to honor their own guarantee. Instead, they enforced a Auto-Renewal policy and continued to charge my account. #KeepLooking

Don’t waste your time and money. Initial time technician came and only did fertilizer because as she explain weed control cant be done when the temperatures outside are above 85-90 degrees. For some reason she did only front lawn and drove away so quick that we didn’t even have a chance to tell her about backyard. In a few weeks I called to find out when are they coming back and why only front was sprayed. They apologized and said there is no “front only” in their system so he is not sure why she only did front. He said he’ll leave the note to make sure both gets done. I also asked to be notified before they come in so if we are home we can ask questions and see what is being done. They said they will put a note to call us before service (apparently that note was never made in the system as I found out later, and they made it sound like it was my fault it wasn’t there). September 6, I call to cancel out of service since we took care of it ourselves. I was right away notified (I believe his name was Jim) that service call was scheduled to be done today. I called back after we discovered a sign posted by the company on the lawn. (It is over 90 degrees outside today so why are they spraying today when initially I was told it can’t be done is a mystery.) I asked if front and back was sprayed. They said yes because there is no “front only” note in the system. (There was no “front only” in system initially and she only did front but go figure) I asked how can effects of this can be mitigated since we sprayed ourselves too. They said they can’t answer my question but “it’s raining over here so hopefully it helps.” The level of professionalism and respect when dealing with customer is severely lacking. I wish companies just realize that if you do a normal job and treat customers like human beings and not checkbooks you will eventually build a successful business.
