This guy almost side swept the side of my car flying over from the slow lane trying to get over two lanes with no blinkers I blow my horn and he drives up next to me and sticks is middle finger up these people are rude and ignorant

1. Very poor responsiveness. 2. Not the best on price either. 3. They don’t seem eager to keep your business by going above and beyond. 4. No new ideas or approaches. Not hungry to constantly do better. We will not be renewing again. If you are looking for a service that will really do their very best to keep pests out of your home, look somewhere else.

Emal is amazing!! The guy literally found where mice were entering thru and sealed up 4 entry points. He's very technical and just let him do his magic. Ever since he sealed up holes around our house we never had a mice issue. Poison is not the solution. It's all about finding them holes and sealing it up. Best tech I ever had!!

Rick came to my house after we had 2 other companys come The national chain wanted over $2000 to get rid of termites An independent company came and wanted $800 and said that it was wood boring beetles Rick gave us a free inspection and said the damage was old and there was no active infestation.Just replace the damaged wood No charge That’s what I call professionalism I will recommend this company to all my friends!!!

Last year I called Heritage Pest Control to take care of a nest of wasps that was behind the vinyl siding. The wasps were finding their way into the basement playroom that our grandchildren use so we needed it taken care of right away. Rick showed up the next day and immediately found the source of the problem and sprayed. While he was there, I inquired about other issues we were having, mostly with crickets, spiders and creepy crawlers. After listening to Rick's sales pitch, I signed up for the annual service and Rick proceeded to spray the entire house. The wasps were gone within a couple of days and we never saw them again. The house was strangely quiet after a few days, due to the cricket issue being gone. Over the past year, we have not seen any pests at all throughout the house, basement and garage. I was so happy with their service and the results, I had them treat my daughter's house, which was infested with cave crickets. The sticky traps she set in her basement would get dozens per week on them, that's how bad her problem was. Since Heritage's treatment, I think she said she had maybe 2 crickets in the past year, and she thinks they were from an old sticky trap that she had forgotten about. This is how effective the service is from Heritage Pest Control. As an added bonus, Rick, Wilfredo and the other technicians are very respectful, attentive, knowledgeable and really love what they do. Outstanding service with positive results is what Heritage Pest Control is all about.

This was a very disappointing experience. After I noticed termites along an outdoor wall, Heritage installed termite bait stations with flags labeled “Pesticide Treated Area”. I paid a premium for bait stations. Spraying is the cheaper method but I don’t want forever chemicals everywhere along the house (not good). They sent a postcard with the dates they’d return to check the bait stations. When they returned for the first re-baiting, the technician didn’t knock at the door. He walked around the house and sprayed BiThor including in my bee/butterfly garden and on the front door and porch…where we all go barefoot. He left an illegible paper in the mailbox (see photo). My houseguests saw the technician arrive and assumed he was invited. They watched him spray with short sleeves, no gloves and no mask. He skipped the bait stations and instead sprayed some station lids. BiThor’s active ingredients are bifenthrin and imidacloprid, both are neonicotinoids. They're neurotoxic chemicals that penetrate into water, soil and plants. Then, they go up the food chain into animals and people and have really bad health effects. Their half life is about 1,000 days, so they don’t disappear or wash away anytime soon. Because of all this, they’re banned in New Jersey, New York and other states and all of Europe. I called Heritage and their manager assured me that the spray is harmless to humans and that my bait stations were checked. After that, the technician came to my house and admitted that he didn't check the bait stations or notice my butterfly garden. He said 99% of Heritage clients get sprayed, dozens per day. He said he’s too lazy to wear PPE anymore. He said his company doesn’t use pesticide flags so he didn't recognize them.

We're very sorry for the error our tech made mis-reading the service ticket as an exterior spray instead of checking exterior termite bait stations. He did apply a small amount around a section of the foundation. After speaking with you we sent him back sweep up any leaves or dirt at your request. We try to avoid these mistakes and sit our techs down for disciplinary action and we dismiss any tech that repeats these type of mistakes. We are now having a meeting with all our techs to reinforce the importance of following the service ticket.

I would definitely recommend this company for your pest control needs. We were doing some demolition in the garage when we came upon a entire family of carpenter ants. I called Chuck at Heritage explained my problem and he sent one of his guys over within a couple hours to address the situation. What company does that? They go above and beyond. They call you a day before your scheduled appt as a reminder. They show up when they are supposed to. I have been using them for years.

Heritage responded to an urgent call for a hornet nest in my attic last year and I decided to keep an annual contract with them, which includes insects (all bugs) and mice. After I saw mice recently they came and provided that service too. Their technician Isaiah who came today was very polite, professional and knowledgable, and explained everything he was doing. I've been a loyal customer of Heritage Pest Control for over 9 years, but recently I've noticed a significant decline in their services. It seems that Chuck, the owner, has become comfortable and no longer prioritizes providing helpful and professional assistance to his customers. When I called today, he answered the phone with an unpleasant attitude and even hung up on me while I was in the middle of explaining my issue. I reached out to him regarding a mouse removal, but he simply responded with a dismissive "we don't do that," despite the fact that pest control is their expertise. Dealing with the problem myself was quite frustrating, especially considering our long-standing relationship as loyal customers. It's disheartening to see that Chuck didn't seem to care about losing our business.

We received your call about a mouse on your lawn and I told you I didn't think I could get someone there the same day but I would try and call you back. I would never knowingly hang up on anyone let alone a customer. I called back 20 minutes later to say I have someone coming but you had already cancelled your services, so sorry to hear that. We try to treat all our customers with respect but I will reflect on your comments.

Update to owners response. You did hear back from me in 2016 because you didn’t get rid of the bats. You wanted to charge me more money even though the work was guaranteed for 2 years. You said you only guaranteed the areas you “thought” they were coming in and out of. Any new spot to close up would be an additional cost. If they are going to get back in what exactly did your work accomplish? After numerous calls and arguing with you we used a different company and no bats since. Plus you used these ridiculous nets but that is another story. Two grand gone and a valuable lesson learned.

Mr Nassan, sorry to see this 1 star review. After looking up the account saw that it was a bat exclusion job done in early 2016. We haven't heard from you since then so we assumed everything was fine. Bats only need to find a 1/2 inch spot to re-enter. Hope all is well there. Yes, our warranty covers all areas that were sealed, new areas would be additional.

My wife and I have been using Heritage Pest Control for approximately 5 years but we will never use them again! We were just notified that one of their technicians tested positive for Covid. We were also informed that he took the test Tuesday and they found out the results Wednesday. They waited until Saturday morning to tell me and my pregnant wife that one of them was positive. After a exchange between me and one of their employees, the employee's response was, "according to the state, we didn't have to tell you." So basically, we can never use them again based on their ethics.
