I am very pleased with the service received thus far. We had a Yellow Jacket nest on the exterior of our house. Wasps were entering the house (we never found from where). The office personnel were very pleasant and supportive. I got an appointment right away. The technician, Joe, was very friendly and tried to find where they might be entering from. He treated the nest and did a walk around the house to see if there were other issues. I am very happy. Great job!

I called and tried to get a service call. I’m at a clear that I did not want a subscription, I wanted a service call to see what the problem is. They did not listen at all to what I was requesting, and kept pushing the subscription offer Don’t use them

Each & every time he comes, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, always wears booties as to not bring in outside dirt!! (A plus plus for me!) Service with a smile & kindness goes such a long way!! The company name says it all!

We 100% recommend Simply the Best Pest Control- thank you Craig Dahl (and Gabriel) for the expert service and (more importantly) the follow-up . Short story and per pic below we were getting carpenter ants BUT we have a medium size dog that LOVES to sniff around corners of kitchen, so we were wary of poisons- Craig and Gabriel gave a creative treatment plan that only placed the bait ABOVE where our dog can reach, very grateful for the expertise and consultative approach! UPDATE: Paul just did a follow-up service, this is the third outstanding technician that Simply the Best has sent- high recommend

Kamarr, our exterminator, was knowledgeable about the hornets we were infested with and explained what to expect after he sprayed their nest, which was located under some trim on our house. My only complaint regards the cost: $350 (their minimum charge) for a 15-minute visit. Seems excessive to me.

ARod has helped us many times. So nice and very knowledgeable and helpful! Craig D did our routine spray today and was also very nice and knowledgeable! Overall we are very pleased with using this company we had Joe today and honestly each technician is so knowledgeable and personable!
