For the first time ever, we saw a mouse in our basement this Fall. Terminix was not very interested in helping us so we called Assure. We got their annual contract (about the same as Terminix) but they were much more responsive and experienced in dealing with mice. We asked them to come 5 times in 3 weeks and after setting 3 kinds of traps we were able to resolve our "mouse house" problem. They crawled into our crawl space, plugged holes and gave us tips on how to control these little critt
We 100% recommend Simply the Best Pest Control- thank you Craig Dahl (and Gabriel) for the expert service and (more importantly) the follow-up . Short story and per pic below we were getting carpenter ants BUT we have a medium size dog that LOVES to sniff around corners of kitchen, so we were wary of poisons- Craig and Gabriel gave a creative treatment plan that only placed the bait ABOVE where our dog can reach, very grateful for the expertise and consultative approach! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Terminix, especially with our area technician, Mark. He is personable, professional, and incredibly thorough, and you can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. He made sure our issue was fully resolved and was quick to follow up whenever we had questions or needed additional service. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and attentive. Overall, excellent service and a great experience. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service received thus far. We had a Yellow Jacket nest on the exterior of our house. Wasps were entering the house (we never found from where). The office personnel were very pleasant and supportive. I got an appointment right away. The technician, Joe, was very friendly and tried to find where they might be entering from. He treated the nest and did a walk around the house to see if there were other issues. I am very happy. Great job!

I had a great experience with the exterminator Robert Hendrix from Terminix, who serviced my home today. He was extremely thorough, inspecting every area carefully and sealing any potential entry points he found. Mark did a great job in walking me through the service and making sure my home is in good hands.
