They visually inspected my whole house, from near and far, including the roof and chimney, and assured me that no raccoon infestation was inside my home. Reliable is the best pest control company in the area. I had a major on going problem with cave crickets and as soon as reliable came to spray they never came back . They come twice a year and no more cave crickets

Wonderful service!!! We had some noise and scratches in our ceiling and walls. We were looking for a service around here and no one would take care of in case it was a raccoon. We called Reliable, John picked up the phone. Sounded very professional and experienced just from our short description he had an assumption. The moment he arrived, he spotted immediately the entry hole of the animal gave us an estimate and left without putting any pressure! We called him back and they came that same day and placed a one way tunnel! The noise was gone that same night after a few weeks of living in our ceilings! On top of that, he fixed something else to make sure the animal cannot get in to our baby’s room closet at no additional cost! They came back after some time, removed the tunnel and put a double screen to prevent ANY animal to get in!

I recently had to deal with a bird that nested in the bathroom vent and these guys were the best in this field. It was my first experience dealing with birds, but after my conversation with John I was assured it was an easy fix. They were quick with scheduling and explained the whole process step by step. After setting up a one way door trap they made sure to come back and seal the vent to prevent birds from coming inside again. Hoping I won’t have any future issues like this again, but I definitely will be reaching out to John and I recommend Reliable for any pest problems!

John is very reliable and goes out of his way to make his customers happy. We’ve had issues with flying squirrels and mice and John and his crew were always there when we needed them. They are a phone call away and are very quick to respond. Not only is it a great company but also reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this company over any other.

Claims to fix the problem of raccoon infestation guaranteed for $500 dollars. The raccoons were back the same day they claimed to have removed them. When we called back to tell them their services didn't work, they would not come to fix the problem or return the money as per their "guarantee." The owners of this scam business should be exterminated like the pests they claimed to have taken care of. DO NOT use this scam business under any circumstance because they WILL FAIL to fix your problem and THEY WILL fail to honor their guarantee and rob you of your money. All the positive reviews are from a fake positive ad agency. Do not be fooled by these con-artists.
